Michael: Hi there. I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today, we're going to take a quick look at this ratcheting metric wrench set. These wrenches are a dropped forged chrome vanadium construction, so they are going to be very durable and strong for you. They do have that mirrored polished finish for a pleasant appearance. You are going to get a 10 millimeter as well as a 12, 13, 14, 15, 17, and 18 millimeter set here so that you've got a lot of variety, different bolt sizes that you can work with. These do have low profile heads so they can access tight spaces.
And obviously that ratcheting feature is going to make it much easier if you are in a limited space instead of having to find your way onto that bolt over and over again. Just get it on there once and it will allow you to keep it on there. The flex head does pivot 180 degrees, so if you need to kind of work at an angle there, you've got that option as well. So, very convenient here. Our wrench ratcheting feature has 72 gear teeth for a 5 degree sweep. One thing I will point out, with your ratcheting wrenches, your wrench feature or portion, probably not going to break on you.
It's going to hold up well, do a good job for you. The most common fail point for these is going to be that ratcheting functionality there. So after a while, that might not work as great for you. So, something to keep in mind. This is a really reasonably priced set, so it's definitely going to be more for your garage, private garage kind of use at home, those sort of things, infrequent use.
If you are a mechanic or something like that where you're going to be using these every day, you probably want a little bit higher quality set just for the longevity of it. But if you're only going to use it every once in a while, I think these will be a great option for you. These do just go in one direction, so if you need to reverse your bolt, you just flip it over like so and that'll give you that opposite ratcheting functionality there. Now, as you can see, they do include a nice storage rack to keep them all organized. So you just throw this in your tool drawer or hang it up on your wall and you'll be able to make sure that all of your wrenches are there when you need them.Overall, I myself have been wanting some ratcheting wrenches for a few years now, just for the safe saving necessities if you're working on a car or something like that. Sometimes, like I said, it is hard to get over that bolt over and over again to loosen it up.
So, having ratcheting is a really nice option in my mind. And I think these are a nice quality. Like I said, if you're just using them at home every once in a while, I think you'll be very happy with these. They should hold up well and do a good job for you and stay nice and organized. So that's going to complete our look for today. Again, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Thanks for watching.
