What's up everybody It's AJ with etrailer.com. Today we're gonna be checking out the second row format from WeatherTech on our 2022 Hyundai Palisade. AJ Take a look at the second floor format. You see it's custom made to fit in the Palisade. It goes right around everywhere on the edge. You don't have to cut anything.
So showing a go underneath. The seat here along the side, it's got high walls, so if something was to be spilled in here, any kind of liquid, it would be contained within the mat. It goes into the clips here towards the back. You see there's not a whole lot of movement with it, because it stays in place pretty well. We have channels here along the floor mat.
That's gonna help direct any liquids that are spilled. So like I said, it will be contained within the mat, but that even goes for, if it's snowy outside, and you got snow on your boots in the second row, it's gonna melt and turn the water. It'll help direct those liquids to the right spot where it pulls up. This is one big mat here, so it does cover up the center, so you don't have to worry about two different pieces, or some of the carpet not being protected. You see it's protected all the way over here, and this is gonna be the exact same as it is on the passenger side.
Now looking at the bottom of the mat, it doesn't have any grips on there, but that's why it goes into that hook. So when you go to set it in place, the cutout might not be fully there, but you just push the hook, and it'll push out that section. You see now it's hooked in there. I can't move the mat. The other nice thing about the mat is if you make a spill in there, whether it is a mess, you can just lift the mat up and out of the vehicle and either throw all that stuff outside, or spray it off of the hose.
Really easy to clean, and it won't take any time to dry. Overall, I think it's definitely a good idea to get those formats and put them in the second row. It keeps that carpet nice. I'd much rather clean off a mat easily outside the vehicle than try and get a vacuum in there and vacuum all the inside, clean the carpet. It's so much easier to spray off the mat and be done with it. Well then that does it. Thanks for hanging out and hope it's helped..

I have used Weather Tech floor mats in all of my vehicles. Keeps the interior really clean and protects the carpet.
Great floor mats and they fit super tight in the floor area.
This is my second set of these floor mats (new car). They are a great fit, tough, and deep enough to collect all the snow that are on my boots. Can't go wrong with them.
High quality floor mats
The floor mats are a disappointment. They are too big and just don’t fit right. I removed the factory mats, but the only way they might possibly fit is if I remove all factory carpeting. I’m not going to do that. The hold down anchors are also in the wrong spots, none of the four anchors line up. They are not worth the price.
This is the 4th set of Weather Tech floor mats we have used in different cars and truck. The fit is always great, and they hold up very well.
The mats fit perfectly and as usual are of high quality. I have never had a problem with anything I have purchased from e trailer.

Was dissapponted that these do not have the weather teck emblem , just a molded in logo, seems cheap for a very expensive mat
The floor mats ordered for my Ram have worked great. They have contained all the messes, and spills inside the floor mat. Excellent buy.

Etrailer did a great job getting us just what we ordered.
HOWEVER, feedback to weather tech... we were looking for something that could cover up the metal latches on the floor in the back of the Jeep, bc my dog sits back there. This doesn't do what i needed it to do.
We may get a super cheap, cut out mat or a yoga mat for him.
I think he may have cut himself on one of the metal hooks. They are there for the storage bay, which we took out to make room for - guess who, ... the dog, LEVI!

I have always purchased the floor liners however I decided to try the 3d floor mats for my new truck. These are every bit as good as the liners in my opinion. They provide extra coverage over the door sills and are more pliable as well. The Weathertech name is imprinted on the mat instead of the label on the floorliners which will over time lose the adhesive backing and become dislodged with the heel of your shoes. Unfortunately I've had this experience with the floorliners, while not affecting its performance, it can be unattractive with glue residue left behind. I've always let the liners or mats sit out of the box at room temperature for 24 hours then install with perfect fitment every time. If you're on the fence about these mats give them a try, you won't be disappointed.
The mats worked great and were easy to install. They were very form fitting and looked great.
They fit great. Do trim them so they don’t get caught by the lower edge of the door and curl them up. Just noticed that there was trim instructions on the bottom of the mat. Now they fit great.
