Shane: Hey, everyone. Shane here with etrailer.com. Today I have a 2014 Toyota Tundra and we're going to be taking a look at Road Comfort custom auto floor mats. This is what they're going to look like when they're installed. These are going to be constructed out of a durable, thermal plastic elastomer. They're going to withstand a lot of different things.

We don't have to worry about them breaking down. We don't have to worry about them cracking. We don't have to worry about them drying over time. We also won't have to worry about odors. Some floor mats, when they get wet, they get moisture on them, they a smell to them.

We don't have to worry about that with these. These are very pliable. They're easy to put in, easy to take out, easy to clean. Simply clean them off with soap and water. Hose them off if you want, let them dry and put them back in.If you take a closer look here, you'll notice we're going to have raised edges all the way around.

That's to keep all the contaminants, your water, dirt, debris, anything like that on the mat and off your carpet. We're going to have raised channels here so it'll keep our shoes, our feet up so that that water, dirt, and debris can be diverted away from the bottom of our shoes. Maybe let them dry a little bit faster.Come back here to the back. They're going to have factory grommets so that we can attach them to our factory tie downs, where applicable. Flip it over here to the back.

You'll notice we're going to have cone-shaped nibs and this is to help the mat stick when we're getting in and out of it. When you compare them to a flat mat, when you get into it, sometimes they'll slide across the carpet. We don't want that to happen. We want a nice grip on it. That's what their nibs are going to do.One thing I will say about these mats, you'll notice they don't have a whole lot of coverage up here on this end. There are other mats out there that give you more of a full coverage all the way around which. In my case, I would probably go with one of those. If you're looking for a simple solution because maybe your mats wore out, you're just looking for something that you can throw in there for the time being, I think these are a good mat. Again, durable. They're going to hold up really well against everything.Now that we've gone over some of the features on this one, let's go ahead and show you how to install the passenger side. For the passenger side, it's going to be the same. We have the cone-shaped nibs. We don't have tie-downs on our passenger side. However, it makes it nice with the cone-shaped nibs because, again, it's going to keep our mat in place. With these being custom fit, you can see they contour right around the shape of our floor. You can see our passenger side comes up pretty high so we're getting pretty good coverage here. We're going to have the raised sides. We're going to have the channels in the middle, again, contain all the dirt, debris and water on the mat. A little bit less cleaning we're going to have to do later on.This is just the driver and passenger side. You can get them in a set for the rear also where it comes as a kit, front, driver, and back.
