Advanced surfacing creates channels that carry fluids and debris to a lower reservoir, which has more channeling to help minimize fluid movement while you are driving. Once fluids become trapped in the reservoir, away from shoes and clothing, they are easily removed from the WeatherTech FloorLiner over the door sill.

Shane: Hey guys, Shane here with etrailer.com. Today I have a 2020 Chevrolet Silverado 3500. We're going to be taking a look at the WeatherTech Custom Auto Floor Liners. This is what our floor liner's going to look like once it's installed. Again, these are going to be custom-fit for your vehicle. These are going to be a thermal plastic material, so they're going to hold up very well.
Very thick construction. They're going to hold up to the most hazardous chemicals like road salts, oils, and battery acid. You can see the contour to your floor, very raised side, high raised sides here. Goes up underneath your fuel pedal and your brake pedal. And also here on the side, you'll notice it comes over your seal panel here, completely covering your carpet where your feet would be.If we take a look here in the middle, you're going to see these grooves and these raised channels.
This is to help divert any water, dirt, and debris from the bottom of your shoes. These mats are going to have a textured outer layer on the top side here, to give you a sure footing when your feet are wet for getting in and out of the vehicle. On our driver's side, these mats are going to have connection points for your factory tie-downs in your carpet. This is going to help keep your mat from shifting around, again when getting in and out of the vehicle.I'm going to go ahead and just throw the factory floor mat in here. Just to show you how much more coverage the new one gives us.
You can see raised up on all the sides, much higher, really protecting our carpet. A lot less cleaning we're going to have to do later. As far as the cleaning process, it's very simple. Pull them out, hose them off, brush them, let them dry, and put them back in. With the texture material, if you find that some of that dirt gets in there and you can't get it out, WeatherTech does offer a cleaning solution that will remove that dirt and bring your mats back to looking new again.They're going to come in four different colors, black, tan, cocoa, and gray.
Now, if you're a fan of the front floor mats, we also have the second-row floor mats that are available here at etrailer.Now as far as installing them, very simple. Make sure you remove your old mat, vacuum any of the dirt up you may have on your carpet, and you're going to take it and slide it into place. Passenger side is not going to have our anchor points like our driver's side. However, with it being contoured to the floor, it is going to keep our mat from shifting around a whole lot, when we're getting in and out of the vehicle. This side is going to have the same features as the driver's side. Raised channels. Again, keep dirt, and debris away from our shoes. Raise sides, keep any dirt, and debris, water off of our carpet. The fit is lacking quite a bit (like 3-5 inches off in places) also wish I didn’t get the one that covers the whole floor in one piece. I wish it was 3 pieces that snap together for easier cleaning because this design you end up dumping all the crud on the floor of the truck while trying to take the mat out to clean it.
Does not fit the 2018 Hymer Aktiv class B motorhome on Promaster chassis. See pictures. notches for seat posts are not even close. The floormat extends into passenger side lower step well causing trip/foot snag when entering vehicle. Does not extend into area between seats leading to another raised area prone to trip/foot snag. Not good for RV use. I gave it two stars for quality of material. I'll be requesting return/refund.

Cargo mat delivered did not completely
Fit the cargo area. I'm assuming the wrong mat was sent. 2018 Chevy Equinox LS . Waiting for response back from eTrailer. I called 800 # on July 11, 2017 three times from 4:30pm to 5pm EST and computer prompt for service with product was #3. On hold twice for over 15 minutes with no explanation or human contact. Called third time and used prompt 1 for sales thinking they would surely pick this call up. Same 15 minutes on hold without any contact. Hung up again after unnecessary wait.
Hopefully this will get worked out and at the minimum a credit should be offered for the screw up and non existent customer phone service.
These mats are fantastic, they fit perfectly, keep the floors and carpet clean and protect the factory flooring. Excellent mats and great deal from etrailer!
The mat is exact size needed! One mat is waaay better than the individual ones that came with the Sprinter!

This was the longest hitch ball mount I could find anywhere. I used it with a short extension for my 2021 T G so that I could open the back doors without hitting the trailer wheel crank. With my new trailer, Intact Flyer Discover, I don't need the extension and can still open the doors. Works well.
Received the mats 6 days after ordering using the "free shipping "option. I feel this is reasonable and the tracking provided was accurate and up to date.
Now about the mats. I have owned many vehicles and have always tried to protect the interior and keep it as new looking as possible. I believe these mats will help me do that. In s word, they are great. They fit really well and the color match is spot on. The texture is non-slip and they are flexible enough that taking them in and out is a very easy. In short they are perfect for my vehicle and I would most certainly buy them again.
I will definitely use "etrailer" again for any products I need that they carry.

Fits perfectly. This is my 4th set of Weathertech floor mats and all have proven to be great!
WeatherTech stands true to their claims of custom fit. My floor mats dropped in place with no effort. So much nicer looking than the plastic flooring in the cab of my motorhome. Clean up will be easier now that the mats are in place.

I started looking for these floor mats by going to the WeatherTech website. I put in all the truck info and was surprised and disappointed to see that no mats came up. Then I did a google search and they came right up on etrailer.com. I was a bit skeptical that they weren't available from the manufacturer, but I could get them here. I received them today and they are the real deal. The price was competitive and they were delivered in two days! Great job etrailer!

Not overly impressed with the fit in the rear seating area. Edges curled up near the doors. Withholding an opinion on them to see if the edges flatten out.

Fitment is not great. I would choose another brand for my next purchase. I had an issue that Weathertech said they would not correct. However etrailer corrected the issue themselves. I would definitely buy from etrailer again but never anything made by Weathertech.
