Speaker 1: Today we're taking a look at a six LED thin strobe light. This thin-mount vertical clear LED strobe light is designed with a thin 3/8" profile to fit into tight areas. The 12-24 volt strobe light has six LEDs and 19 flash patterns with alternating and synchronized features.The light is rated IP67 for water and dust resistance, has a SAE J595 Class 1 rating, if mounted vertically. The light holds a CA13 certification.The LEDs make great replacements for incandescent lights. They last longer, they burn brighter, they're much more efficient. With LEDs, you don't have to worry about replacing bulbs or worry about brittle filaments.
The unit features a nice black housing, clear lens with amber LEDs, and it is a surface-mount installation. We have mount holes here on the end of the unit. Comes with funnel mounting gasket, and it comes with the installation hardware.It's a three wire design, so the red wire's your power wire, black wire is ground, yellow is for synchronizing and changing flash patters. When it comes to the overall dimensions of the unit, it measures about 4 1/2" going this direction by 1 1/8" by 3/8" thick. Mount holes are separated on center by 4".We're going to go ahead and hook it up to power, that way you can see what it looks like with some power running to it.
We'll also turn off our overhead lights, and we'll go through some of the flash patterns. It sends out a very bright, consistent signal. To change the flash pattern, I need to take the yellow wire and apply it to the power just by tapping it on the power feed. Every time I do that, it'll change the flash pattern.This unit features six diodes, or six LEDs, so the multi-diode design really helps optimize the overall light output. Voltage is 12-24 volts.
Amperage is 1 amp at 12 volts. A lot of different flash patterns to choose from, that way you can find the one that works best for you. Then, you can always change if necessary. That's going to do it for today's look the 6 LED Thin Strobe Light.
