Collin: Hey, everyone. It's Collin here at e-trailer. So today, I want to take a quick minute and show you guys this Oversize and Wide Load sign from Erickson. Now, in any cases where you may be carrying an oversized or wide load, examples might be big old track hose on the back of your big tractor trailer right here, or it could even be a mobile home that you might be carrying around. Any situation, you're going to want to get one of these signs to let other motorists know that you do have a big oversized or wide load on the back so they use caution. There's a lot of different situations where this sign could come in handy, not only on the front of your truck, but if you've got a trailer pulling behind, you're going to want one for the back of that, as well, or even if you had some lead and follow cars, it wouldn't hurt to have some signs for those, as well.The banner is going to come with four of these ropes that you can use to strap them to your bumper or wherever else you want to mount your banner.
However, in our experience, these ropes are a little bit cheap, very hard to tie in a knot. They just usually slip out of it when you tie it. So if you have any bungee cords or ratchet straps, anything like that, I would highly suggest using some of those rather than this rope, or if you don't have anything like that, we sell plenty of stuff like that here at e-trailer.Now the nice thing about this banner is that it actually has two sides to it. You see we flipped it over to where it says wide load. So in any cases where you have a load that's extending more than the width of your current vehicle, then you're going to want to use this sign.
If you're just using something that's just really big on your trailers, that's not necessarily adding too much to the width, then you'll flip it over and use the oversize load.Now, each corner is going to have a brass grommet built into the banner that's going to help you with securing it, and it's going to help keep the banner in better shape, rather than just pulling on the fabric itself.
