Noah is lightweight for easy use while maintaining a level of protection from dings, dents and scratches comparable with Covercraft's other four-layer fabrics. The cover is also chemically treated to minimize mold and mildew growth, and it provides excellent heat insulation for the vehicle's interior on hot summer days.

Outer Layers

Noah's dual outer layers are constructed of bi-component spunbond and feature sheath core technology. This process ensures that each individual fiber has a polypropylene inner core for strength and a polyethylene wrap for softness. These outer layers work to protect your vehicle's exterior and interior from harmful UV rays. Moreover, the gray color of the fabric will not absorb heat.

Middle Layer

The middle layer of the Noah cover is constructed of a micro-porous film developed by Kimberly-Clark. This film sets Noah apart from Covercraft's other four-layer, non-woven fabrics by keeping out airborne contaminants like dirt, dust and even water while remaining breathable enough to allow trapped moisture and heat to escape from beneath the cover. A chemical process during manufacturing creates microscopic holes in the film barrier that are small enough to trap those airborne pollutants - creating a nearly solid barrier against the elements - but large enough to allow moisture and heat to escape.

Inner Layer

Similar to the dual outer layers, Noah's interior layer is constructed of a bi-component spunbond. Rather than a blend of polypropylene and polyethylene, however, the inner layer blends polyethylene with nylon. This combination results in both an exceptionally strong fabric - boasting a high strength-to-weight ratio - and a soft "touch" that is perfect for protecting fine paint finishes.
