We live in a house with the lawn a floor below the garage. Short of building a shed downstairs (HOA - we'd need permission as well), or carting the lawnmower up and down the stairs, this looked like a great solution. We chose this because of the elastic cord in the bottom and the click-it strap.
It was a great price, it arrived quickly, and it appears very sturdy and high quality. So far it's looking good!
