Covercraft SeatSaver shape diagram

The diagram above shows the shape of the seat covers included with this Covercraft SeatSaver set. Your vehicle's seats should match the shape of the seats in the diagram.

Covercraft custom-fit Carhartt seat covers

Carhartt and Covercraft designed these custom-fit covers for your seats. They feature a fabric as strong as Carhartt's toughest work clothes, yet perfect for seat covers - a breathable, 11-oz. poly cotton duck weave with heavy-duty stitching.

Covercraft seat covers with Carhartt logos and rivets

The result: rugged, custom-fit covers that really are Carhartts for your seats, right down to the logos and rivets.

Carhartt's Heavy-Duty Duck Weave Fabric and Stitching

Covercraft Carhartt seat covers with heavy-duty stitching

The traditional Carhartt fabric and stitching provide the muscle behind these extra-heavy-duty seat covers. The duck weave is sewn together with overlapped, triple-stitched main seams and double-stitched secondary seams, enabling the Carhartt SeatSavers to withstand all the wear and tear that comes from an active lifestyle. Do you get into and out of your vehicle frequently? Have a habit of leaving your tools on the seat? No problem for these seat covers - they resist snags and tearing. In fact, they can handle just about anything: dirt, sun exposure, water, pets, and - above all - friction from heavy use.

Spills happen. Lucky for you the tightly woven fabric in Carhartt SeatSavers is water resistant. And for extra protection, the covers are treated with a durable water repellency (DWR) finish that stops most spills from ever reaching your seats.

These Carhartts aren't just tough - they're also comfortable. The breathable poly cotton fabric won't give you the sticky feeling that comes from neoprene or vinyl seat covers.

Custom Designed for Simple Installation and Snug Fit

Carhartt SeatSavers are custom fit to your vehicle so they stay snug on your seats, with no sagging or rumpling. They allow hassle-free access to seat belts, child seat tie-downs, and any factory-installed levers and controls on your seats.

Carhartt seat covers with armrest covers

Custom-fit Carhartt SeatSavers also cover your armrests, headrests, and center console (where applicable). And they won't interfere with seat air bags (where applicable).

Carhartt seat covers with sewn-in elastic

Elastic sewn into the hems helps keep the SeatSavers in place.

Machine-Washable Seat Covers

Carhartt SeatSavers are easy to clean. Just pop them into the washer, throw them into the dryer, and slip them back onto the seats.

Video Transcript for Covercraft Carhartt SeatSaver Custom Seat Covers Installation - 2017 Ford F-250 Super Duty

Adam: Hi everyone. Adam with etrailer.com. Today we have a 2017 Ford F-250, and we're going to be taking a look at the Covercraft Carhartt Car Seat Covers. So some of you guys are wondering how durable this material is going to be. If you're familiar with the Carhartt brand, that is how durable it's going to be. It's going to be the same fabric by Carhartt and Covercraft. So these are going to be able to hold up against some of those spills as well, whatever really you throw at it.

They call it the DWR. Basically, what that's going to be, it's durable water repellency, so it's going to just prevent those stains from immediately going to your seats. And it is the Carhartt feel to it, so you're not going to get that sticky feeling with some of those vinyl covers that you may get, or even just whenever it's a hot day and you sit in your leather seats without the covers, you are going to get a little sticky feeling. That's something I don't like and this is going to prevent that.It will hold up, basically with anything you're going to throw at it. If you're on the construction site, you have a couple of tools in your pockets and you kind of slide out constantly, it's going to be able to withhold all of that.

Also with all these seams here, all of our main seams are going to have a triple stitch going through them, and that's going to prevent any of these seams just coming apart. All the elastic on our head cover here is going to be stitched on as well, and it's going. pretty, pretty strong actually. It's going to suck up to the shape of your seat headrest or just your seat in general. Definitely impressed, and also it does have a pocket in the back that's going to help keep everything organized. Some of them don't come with that, and that's a big plus with me.

If you do have a spill on the seat covers or they just get dirty over time, literally just plop them off, throw them in the washer and dryer. They'll be totally fine. It's going to be super easy to clean and also super easy to install. So let's just go ahead and show you guys how.All right. The first thing we're going to need to do is take that headrest off of the seat.

It might be a little bit different for you. We're using a truck. Whatever you have, we need to take this off first. I noticed I'm not going to be able to take it off with the seat upright like this because it will hit the ceiling. So I'm going to lean it back a little bit and remove it from the back door. You're probably going to have a tab or two on these studs here, and you basically just push those in and slide it out. Now, we can grab our cover. First, we just kind of want to lay it out and make sure they're not inside out or anything. We are going to have a Carhartt symbol on the front and our pockets on the back. We are going to have these two holes and that's going to indicate where the top is going to go. So with the holes on top and the pocket facing backwards, I'm just going to shimmy it over the seat. We should rotate it properly, and it wouldn't be a bad idea to check and make sure that the holes are lining up right. Pull it down real tight. We do have a little cover that goes over our headrest too. So I'm just going to do that and then put this down just so it kind of holds it into place while I fasten everything else down.So we can put this on our headrests before or after we put it back in the holes. It might be a little hard to do it on your own because it is pretty tight. So I'm actually going to go ahead slide that in first. Push in those tabs if you have them. I'm going to push it all the way down. Perfect. There isn't any labels or emblems on here. There's a little crease on the back end, so I'm actually going to put the crease this side facing forward just so I don't feel it on my head. Again, really, really tight fit, kind of twist it as he pull down on it. It'll kind of seat itself into place, and it does have a elastic band on the bottom. Yeah, it fits really well actually, extremely tight, but actually looks as if it doesn't really have a cover on it.So next step, underneath our cover we're going to have a little string here, and this is like the crease, what's going to fit in here. So I'm actually going to fish that under and actually go underneath our seat. And then once we put this section down around our seat, we're going to take that strap and put it in here and then plug it in. It's basically just going to help mold it to the actual seat just so it's not a floppy little cover. So let's see how that plays out. I'm going to tuck it underneath the headrest and feed this through. We are going to have to go underneath this wooled section. On this truck, specifically, it might be a little bit different. As you can see, pull that through. Once you get most of it, you can just slide that underneath your seat to the front, trying to avoid any wires just so we're not cranking down on those and maybe break a connection loose. So before we put the bottom section into place, what we want to do is take these little foam circle guys in here, and basically we're going to put that in the crease. So make sure you fold them down like that so they go in the right spot, and you'll feel if they're in the right spot. There are going to be somes on the side too.Once we do that, grab that string, and as I pull it, you'll be able to see how it's tucking that into that crease. So once we do that, you can go ahead kind of stretch this out and just wrap it around, kind of just work it into place. Then you can go ahead and give that rope a little bit more of a tug underneath. It is a pretty tight fit, so I would suggest just taking this section off and looping it through. Actually, it fits pretty well, give it a pretty good tug. There is a little bit of slack. You can go ahead and kind of pull that tight. The last thing you really need to do going to have some hook-and-loops on both sides and that's just going to stick to our little carpeted area on our seats. That's basically all there is to it. So you guys can go ahead and repeat that same exact process for the passenger side. Well, everyone, that's just about all you really need to know about the Covercraft Carhartt Car Seat Covers on our 2017 Ford F-250.

After 1 year, these seat covers look brand new. We've tested them on with muddy dogs, half of the sand from the beach, and lots of cargo and these things are awesome! You totally pay for what you get. Carhartt is top-notch. The staff at etrailer kept me informed throughout the entire production and shipping process as well. Worth the price and wait.

by:

Fits well and is just what we needed on the driver's side and passenger's side seats of our RV. The sturdy, cloth material makes for a comfortable ride.

by:

Received the Carhartt covers today for my 1999 Dodge Ram 3500, and I’m very pleased with the look of these. They look great, and should be very durable with the duck material. They were easy to install and fit the stock seats very well. Thanks etrailer!

by:

The dogs ride in the back and have yet to damage the seat cover. I would buy it again!

by:

I bought front and rear carhartt covers for my 2015 ford super duty and I'm really happy. They cover good and had them for over a year with no issues. The center console is kinda weird and I wish the rear seats (extended cab not crew cab) wish the bottom cover also covered the under seats so when they are folded it adds protection. But I'm happy and will buy again

by:

What a fantastic product, well worth the cost!
The instructions were a little hard to understand but the Contour and fit of the covers made it very easy to figure out how to install them. And as always the shipping was right on time!

by:

Great fit and easy installation! Rear seat cover looks great in my truck I'm sure it will be a great addition! We purchased the front seat covers about 4 months ago and they are still in perfect condition. They stayed in place and no adjustment was needed within the four months.

by:

Product is exactly what I was looking for. Good quality and fits well. No instructions for installation. I’m very handy and it was harder than I guessed it to be. I ended up removing my seats entirely and putting them on while the seats where on the tailgate. I’m very happy with them after the install.

by:

Installed back seat covers yesterday - very happy with fit, look and quality. Colour is good for Tacoma TRD Off Road. Pics of back seat and front (without covers) for comparison. Waiting for front seat covers - on order.

by:

Hey here's a picture of the seat covers. Again thanks for all your help!

by:

Great seat cover. Fits well and is very durable. My only complaint is that I thought I was ordering a brown color which would have matched my factory upholstery well, and ended up with that Carhartt orange instead. I mean, really, is there ANYONE who would call that brown?
So, moral of that story is be very careful about the color when ordering.

by:

Great communication and Excellent customer service. What else could you ask for.

by:

hi quality workmanship - excellent stitching. carhartt cloth can't be beat. my seat covers came through with an accommodation for arm rests that are not on my trim line, but the slits are well designed to cover well and tuck away. the cut out for raising the seat is well aligned, but the cut out to tilt the seat back is a little off. regardless, i think this was the best option for my 2012 rav 4.

by:

I’m a hardcore pheasant hunter and MY Dogs ride inside the truck. The seat covers handle moisture and mud fantastically. Very comfortable to ride on. Have washed about six times, no significant shrinkage. Would recommend them to anyone want to protect their seats.

by:

This is one of the best purchases I have made for my truck. They are NOT the cheap universal covers you get at Wal-Mart or Auto parts stores. These covers have held up well, kept the seat safe from spills, and even kept the seat safe from a screwdriver in my back pocket.

The fit is very good, with little gaping or sag in corners.

I I remember correctly install was not as straight forward since the front is left/right specific, but not labeled.

One thing to note is, if you spill something in the seat it's your pants soaking it up. It holds the spill and does not let it go to the seat or through the cracks between the seat bottom and back. But that is what it is supposed to do.

by:

I was hesitant to spend the money on these covers because there are certainly less expensive options, but I intend to keep this vehicle for a very long time and I want the seats to hold up, so I splurged. The covers still look as good as new and still repell liquid impressively. I'm not really filthy when I get in the van, but I think the covers would perform well regardless; they certainly keep the seat from getting wet when fresh out of the water. I enthusiastically endorse these covers!

by:

ALthou i give 5 stars because etrailers rocks and is the best. but these take forever for Covercraft to ship, not etrailers fault. but these are slow items.

by:

Seat covers have held up great after a year.

Quality
product well worth the cost.

No issues since I've put them into my T250. They fit well and haven't loosened or bunched up once.

by:

The good:
I was warned that because
these seat covers are custom made for each vehicle, that it could be up to 5 weeks before I received them. But they came in a little over two weeks!
The color very closely matches the interior of my Tacoma -- looks good!
The material is what I expected -- tough yet comfortable.

The bad:
The instructions are quite generic, and describe covers and components that don't apply to my vehicle. There are straps on my covers that aren't described in the instructions, so you have to guess where they go.
The descriptions say that the covers won't obstruct or cover up the seat controls. That's wrong. They completely cover the seat adjustment controls on the passenger seat, and partially obstruct the controls on the driver's seat.

The ugly:
Despite the description on the website, despite the pictures on the website, and despite the information in the instructions, this product DOES NOT INCLUDE the cover for the console between the front seats! From talking to the folks at eTrailer, who were in contact with the manufacturer, they claim that they don't yet have a template for the console cover, despite this vehicle having been on the market for almost THREE YEARS now. I was told by the eTrailer folks over a week ago that they woud put that warning on the website pages for this product, but as of this writing, they have not done so. Once again, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A COVER FOR YOUR FRONT CONSOLE, even though for almost $200, you'd expect it to be included.

by:

Fit is excellent on my ‘16 F-150 Supercrew, installation was flawless. Just takes a little time. Machine washable. Excellent quality and very durable. Love them!

by:

Excellent product. Quality craftsmanship. Just ordered another set for a newer vehicle I just obtained

by:

These covers have been worth every penny. Whether it's the dog, the kids, the trips to HD, or hiking, they have held up and look as good today as they did on day one. I recently got some grease on the driver side cover- regardless of whether it comes out or not, it saved the seat below.

by:

I accidentally ordered the wrong covers for my truck, it was 100% my fault. Still really impressed by the quality of the covers, as well as the customer service at Etrailer. Will be buying from them again. Even with the exchange rate to Canada it was a great deal. Thank you Helen!

Fit my Honda Element MUCH better than the old set. Nice, heavy duty canvas, and seat covers fit well but have enough material to make putting them on less of a chore than with other brands of car covers. Very happy with these.

The mesh center on the Covercraft spacer mesh covers is designed to be highly breathable. These would work great with the air conditioned seats as it will allow more air to pass thru the cover. That being said, we do not carry the spacer mesh covers here at etrailer. We offer the Covercraft seat savers # SSC2516CAGY which are made of a breathable poly/cotton weave. These will also work well with air conditioned seats.
