Hi there, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a quick look at this polypropylene utility rope. This is a one quarter inch diameter by 50 foot long yellow utility rope. It's gonna be great for all sorts of tasks around your campsite from being used as guide lines to clotheslines, lashings, tie-downs, and more. This does float, so you could also use it in a marine setting. If you're wanting to tie up rafts together or whatever else you would want to do with rope, this is gonna be very versatile for you.
It does have that durable three-strand twisted polypropylene construction, so it is going to resist abrasion, oil, rot, and mildew. It's not going to hold on to water like some other kinds of ropes, so you're not gonna have to worry about it getting waterlogged. It is a nice, bright yellow color, so if you are using it for visibility's sake, it is gonna give you great visibility. It does have a load limit of 130 pounds, so it will do a great job of lifting your food up into the trees, keep it away from animals if you're using it for that. It is not designed for climbing use.
It does not have much stretch to it at all, so definitely not the kind of rope that you'd want to climb with, but just about every other application, this is gonna be a great option for you, and you are gonna get 50 feet of it here, so it should be quite a bit for just about every application. So that's gonna complete our look for today. Again, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Thanks for watching..
