Hi everybody, my name is Andy with etrailer.com. Today, we're taking a look at this GSI Outdoors Rakau Full-Sized Beechwood Chef Spoon. Now, you can prepare delicious meals outdoors at your campsite using this full-sized chef spoon. And it is constructed from a sustainably source, Forest Stewardship Council certified Beechwood. It is finished with natural oil, and it is lightweight, but it's very sturdy. Think it's going to last you a good long time with your outdoor cooking adventures, and this is safe for nonstick cookware.

Now, let me pull out my ruler here and just give you some overall measurements. The overall length of this spoon is going to be sitting right at 12 inches long, a little bit under, right at 12 inches long. And then the overall width of this spoon, we're going to be sitting right at 2 1/2 inches wide. Now, as you can see here, there is a hole at the end of the handle to allow for hanging. So you can store this or use a cord to run through this hole, to store with your other cooking utensils for compact easy storage.

This does have a limited lifetime warranty. And before you use this for the first time, you should wash this with hot water and a mild detergent. Use only non-abrasive clothe and cleaners, and do not soak it in water as that can damage the wood surface. To sterilize the wood surface, you can wipe this with either using pure white vinegar or a mixture of one tablespoon of chlorine bleach and 64 ounces of water, And, of course, you always want to allow this to dry completely before storing.
