Hello, everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we can take a look at the TecNiq Eon Waterproof Red, Green, and Blue LED Boat Accent Light. You can see this is a small rectangular LED light, which will emit a red, green, or blue light for improved visibility and accent lighting aboard your boat. This will let you light up your steps, your walkways, and other areas of your boat's interior. Does use a sealed waterproof unit, includes an ice-durable polycarbonate housing, and a UV-resistant lens. Does use military grade construction of the circuit board.
And if we swing this around, the back of the light is used as a urethane potting, which offers better protection than the common epoxy potting. This light does have an IP68 rating. Does use premium LEDs, which are energy-efficient, long-lasting, and vibration-resistant. And they are rated for up to 50,000 hours of operation. Now, I did want to demonstrate this light by turning it on and showing you how bright it is and the different colors.
Now, I did mention it offers the red, green, or blue, and basically I have the ground wire hooked up. So all I have to do is hook power to. There's three different wires they have here: red, green, and blue. So I have my power on. So what I'm gonna do is go ahead and hook it up.
We'll first do the red. So you can see when I hook it up to the red, all three LEDs will light up in red. Go ahead and turn off there. And it is a clear lens over the LEDs. So when you hook it to red, you get the three red LEDs.
If I switch it to green, there's your three green LEDs. And then if I switch the power to the blue, you'll see there's your three blue LEDs. The light output on this light is 150 lumens. It is compatible with 12-volt DC system. We're gonna go ahead and turn back on our overhead lights, disconnect our power. It is a surface mount installation. It does require a mounting cover to install this, which we do sell supple on a website. Basically, they offer two different ones. They offer a horizontal mounting cover and a vertical. So if you mount this in a horizontal cover, meaning going this way, it's gonna knit a 90-degree beam. When you mount it in a 70-degree mounting cover, which would means it would go vertically this way, it's gonna be a 70-degree beam. And to mount that mounting cover does require two screws. That hardware's not included. Now, this does hard wire to your application, as we mentioned, has four wires. The wired length is 82 inches long. A few specs on this, the input voltage, nine volts to 14 volts. And last thing, just wanna give you the dimensions on this. The overall width or length of it is gonna be right at 2 1/8 inches long. The height of it, it's gonna be right at about 5/8 of an inch tall. And the depth of it is also right at about 5/8 of an inch deep. But that's gonna do it for the review on this TecNiq Eon Waterproof Red, Green, and Blue LED Boat Accent Light.

The covers don't match the lights. I was told they were the right ones.
