Hello neighbors, Steve here with etrailer.com. Folks, we're looking today at the SeaSucker Spool Mount Leader Holder, and it's a vacuum mounted in black color. So folks, if you're not familiar with one of these, I know I wasn't when I first seen 'em, but basically this is gonna keep eight spools of your favorite leader close by and ready to use whenever you're ready for 'em. It has built-in spring tension that you can set to different strengths by simply pushing down and tightening the set screw there. And everything can still pivot based on the tension that you give it. And you can pull all these off if you need to, and you can even take the spring off and everything as needed.
Now that does carry up to eight spools with half inch holes. Those will be sold separately and it also gives you three adapter spools or three adapters for spools with 3-1/4" wide holes there. Now folks, this hole item overall on the length is 13-7/8" by 4-1/2" wide. So that 4-1/2", that's your vacuum cup measurement, give you an nice hard plastic cover there, move this stuff outta the way, to mount it, you simply push it on the surface, start pumping and so all the orange from the indicator are gone and that shows you sucked all the air out or vacuumed all the air out, sorry. But basically once that's on, it's held on at 210 pounds of force.
It's not going anywhere. I can technically pick up everything here. I donna wanna lose all my parts, but to remove the vacuum and take this back off, there's a tab back here, one over here. You simply push in and gently lift up and it'll pop off. So very easy to use and operate.
And again, you could set that set screw to whatever you need and then everything still spins. Now folks, one thing I recommend that's sold separately is some pump seal lubrication gel, and that just helps prevent the plunger here from sticking from normal use and everyday wear and tear, water, debris, that kind of stuff, made here in the US. Great limited lifetime warranty. It's gonna vacuum seal to metal, glass, fiberglass, any kind of non-porous flat surface.
