700-Watt Variable Speed Blower

Hi there, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a quick look at this 700-watt variable speed blower. This is gonna be great for clearing dust and saw dust from your power tools, or you can use it for a touchless dry on your car. It's also gonna be great for cleaning up the garage floor, the sidewalk, or around your campsite in RV. This does have this variable speed dial that will allow you to control the flow of air. So you can go from one, all the way up to six and that at the max there, it's gonna give you 100 cubic feet per minute airflow, which is about 90 miles per hour.

So this is going to allow you to have lots of control over how much air you're blowing out. We do want to demonstrate that for you so you can see from just my little experiment here. I've got a paper towel that I've shredded so that you can see the airflow there. But on the one setting, it really doesn't do a whole lot, so might be good for very sensitive, electronic kind of systems if you're trying to blow just a little bit of dust off there. But then if you crank it all the way up to six ratings, (blower screeches) it gives you quite a bit of air flowing through there.

And this is a nice compact, easy to handle size. It only weighs about three pounds, about 3.3 pounds, and it does have this comfortable handle with the oversized lockable trigger there. So when you press your power, you can lock it in place there, let it loose. This does have a two-piece nozzle, so you can use it either in the nine-inch setting, like so, or you can add that middle piece in and use it at the 18-inch setting, depending on how large a space you're working on. If you're wanting to clean the floor, blow off the floor, you can probably use it in that longer setting.

But if you're just doing the tabletop, you might want to use that nine-inch setting. This does plug right into your 120-volt AC power, although this cord is only about 9.5 inches long. So you're definitely gonna need an extension cord to plug into the wall and operate this. When it's at full capacity, it is pretty noisy. It's about 98 decibels, so definitely not something that you'd want to be exposed to for long periods without ear protection, but definitely not the the loudest tool that I've ever used, so keep that in mind.

Make sure that you're taking proper safety precautions. But overall, nice little lightweight blower here to help clean off saw dust, area around your campground, that sort of thing. So that completes our look for today. Again, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Thanks for watching.
