Hi there, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a quick look at this Yakima replacement rear wheel tray for your Yakima hold-up bike carrier. This is going to replace one rear wheel tray assembly on your Yakima holdup hitch mounted bike carrier. Whether that's the two bike rack for two inch hitches or two bike rack for 1 1/4 inch hitches it will also work on the four bike rack, as well as the plus two, two bike add-on for your two bike rack. Any of those that are needing a rear wheel tray assembly this is going to be the replacement for as long as they we're produced after 2017. So, if your tray looks like this one it is going to do a great job for you because it is a Yakima direct replacement.
You can trust it's gonna work for your system. It's gonna plug right in, in place of the original. So you don't have to worry about fit issues or compatibility or anything like that. The one thing I will point out is that if your wheel tray has a red buckle you're gonna need a different part number, that is the one that you see on the screen there with the part number in the top text box there. So, if you are needing that one, that is a different product but if yours is a gray buckle, this will do the job for you.
This is going to include the wheel strap and ratcheting buckle there so that you can get your wheel held down in place and this will bolt right on to your carrier with your existing hardware and the included hardware of the bolt and not here. So overall, really easy to decide if you are needing rear wheel tray for your Yakima hold-up bike carrier, this is Yakima's replacement. So, it's gonna get the job done, just like you need it to.
