Hi everyone, it's Evangeline here at etrailer. And today I have the replacement hardware for your Yakima FatCat EVO Ski and Snowboard carrier. In this video, I'll show you what's included with this kit, as well as how to use it for your carriers. So you get an allen key included with your carrier and it's usually stored right here. But if you're like me and can be forgetful after you use tools, it might not be there anymore and you need to replace it. So with this kit, you get an allen key, a bolt, as well as a nut.

So these are used with your clamps for your carrier. When you move the clamp from the normal position to the ski lift position, that is usually where these parts are lost. So I'll show you how to reinstall them. If you're using the ski lift function, this is gonna be a similar process, just with the clamp. We are not using the ski lift function, so we are gonna reattach it to the carrier.

So first, line up your holes, get your bolt and slide that through. Flip it over, and then you can see the cutout for your nut. So put that through, line that up, and then get your tool and tighten down the bolt from above. (tightening down bolt) So put back the rest of your carrier pieces. And, just like that, you're able to replace the ski lift hardware for your Yakima FatCat EVO carriers.
