For a similar hardware kit that fits your 2013 Ram 1500 quad cab you'd want the part # 23-355PK since the Westin steps that fit your truck are # 25-3555 but we can only really guarantee that this kit would attach to your truck and not the steps. You can easily identify if you have the crew cab or a quad cab by looking at the size of your rear doors. If they are the same size as your front doors, then you have a crew cab, if they are 3/4 the size then you have a quad cab. I have also included an image showing this difference as well. The correct 3" Westin E-Series Round Nerf Bars for your 2015 Ram 1500 Quad Cab is part # 23-3550 and it comes with the Mounting Hardware Kit # 23-355PK.
