Hi everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com and today we're gonna take a look at this insulated cover for the 72 quart Truma electric cooler. Now this stylish form fitting cooler cover is going to protect your Truma cooler model C69DZ, while at the same time increasing the efficiency of your cooler. Now, if you do not already have this cooler that this cover is fitted to we do carry it here at etrailer.com and on your screen I am including our item number to that cooler. Just take our item number and put it in the search field of our website and it will take you to that cooler. Now, taking a look overhead, I wanted to show you that the lid of this cover secures your hook and loop fasteners. So it's going to be very easy to remove, to give you access to the lid of your cooler, allowing you to open it up fully and you're gonna be able to get in your cooler and then close the lid and then just replace the lid of the cover, lining up those hook and loop fasteners and you will be good to go.

Now, taking a close up look of this, again this does feature a highly efficient insulation system and first of all, it has this nylon exterior that's going to prevent scratches. This nylon material is very tough, very rugged. I don't think you're gonna be able to easily rip this or tear it. And to add to the durability of the exterior of this cover we kind of have this, like this rubber matte material along the sides and then along the bottom as well to again add to the durability of the cover. But that rubber matte material on the bottom is also going to help with the stability while you have this sitting on a surface.

And then on the inside we have aluminum coated polyester interior that you can see right here, As I unzipped this panel, you can also see the see it here as well. And this is going to help keep the heat out. So again, this cover's not only going to protect your cooler but it's also going to help it run more efficient, more efficiently. And this is going to be a relatively easy install. Let me take a wide view here real quick and just kinda walk you through the steps.

When you receive the cover, you do wanna remove the lids. So I'm gonna completely take the lid off here. And then you have these zippers here. So you're gonna unzip this end panel and that's going to drop down. And then you're going to be able to take your cooler and drop it into this cover.

Now in the bottom of this cover there are four holes for the feet of this cooler to fit into. And then you just wanna make sure that you push this cooler into this end of the cover. And then once you have the feet in the holes and you have the cooler pushed into this end of the cover, you're gonna bring this end up with the zippers and just wrap that around the end and the corners and then just zip it back up. And then place the lid of our cover lining up those hook and loop fasteners. And then that's going to be just about it. Now I did mention, I think I mentioned already that it's probably going to be easier to do this with two people because of, not because it's complicated, but because of the size of the cooler, it could be kind of awkward. So you have another person to help you install this cover. I think that's going to make it go quite a bit easier. Now this cover is going to maintain adequate ventilation by incorporating these mesh windows where needed. So you're not gonna have to worry about your cooler potentially overheating in this cover. And then if you notice here we do have an easy access vinyl window that's going to let you view and use the controls. This will lift up here so you can have complete access to the controls and see that display, but also you're gonna have complete access to your ports on the back side and then on the opposite side as well for your secondary DC connection. You're gonna have full access to your handles. So this cover is in no way going to hinder you using the features of this cooler. So that's a very nice design feature of this cover. Now, as I mentioned, the bottom is going to allow the feet of your cooler to come through along with this rubber material that's going to provide maximum stability for your cooler while it is in this cover. And we do have a pocket here that's going to allow you to store utensils, maybe plates, things that you would like to keep on hand or close at hand with your cooler. I have the power cords that are included with your cooler. That might be a good place to put them in this pocket. And it's got a hook and loop strap there. And then on this end we've got a another pocket that might be good to throw in maybe your instruction manual that's going to hold that there. So again, a lot of flexibility with this cover and it's going to do a great job in protecting your cooler and helping it to run very efficiently. Well, that's gonna conclude our look today.
