Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a look at the EZY Anchor Screw-In Ground Anchors for a quantity of six of them. Now this anchor kit here will help you secure your tent or your awning on various terrains. It offers two different lengths of screws. They are included to accommodate different ground conditions. The four short screws right here, these are eight inches in length, and they're designed for hard dirt and gravel.
The two longer screws, these are 11 inches in length and they're designed for soft sand and soil. The six low profile hook shape anchors, these will prevent the anchor lines from being released. Basically, they're a durable UV stabilized plastic construction. They're about 3-3/4" long and about 1-3/4" tall. If you notice, these are positioned at a 30 degree angle, and that's to provide resistance in the ground when it's under load.
And basically, if you look, the washer head will be countersunk to prevent tripping over the exposed metal. So when you go to install this into the ground, you're gonna put that at a 30 degree angle, and then as that screws in, it'll hold it in place. Now they do include this Torx driver that's designed to fit the screws. It's quick, easy installation. Basically, you just connect this driver bit to your drill, place the screw with the Torx in there, and as you're screwing it down, you can put your anchor line right onto the hook there as you screw it down, and it'll hold that anchor line in place and just screw drill it into the earth.
