Today we're going to review part number TLA7735. This is the TorkLift ExtendedPower Battery Mount for your trailer hitch extension. This part will let you mount an extra battery on the rear of your vehicle. Does attach to the 2 inch by 2 inch trailer hitch receiver extension. Does install very quickly and easily. There's no drilling required.

Basically, you clamp this mount around your 2 inch by 2 inch hitch extension. Attach this removable tray like that, then you line the holes up with the hole in the mount, and then run your lock through there, and you can lock this into place. It is heighth adjustable as you can see. You can tighten this whatever heighth you need it at. If you need it higher, you put it up higher, or you can put it down lower.

It also comes with this Group 24 Battery Box. This will work with all types of Group 24 batteries. Lead acid, AGM sealed and gel cell. Once this is installed, this will allow you to keep your extra batter constantly charged and RV ready with your truck's charging system. Does come with a lifetime warranty. It is made in the USA.

This kit does include everything shown here on the table. It includes this extended power mount base the battery box goes on. Does include the Group 24 battery box. Does also include this adjustable tray mount. This is what'll clamp on over the hitch extension that the mount base would hook to.

Does come with the lock and 2 keys to lock this to the mount. Comes with a battery hold down strap to hold the battery box down to the tray. It comes with the mounting hardware, and a nice set of detailed instructions. Basically, the way this would go on you'd take your adjustable tray mount right here, clamp this around your hitch extension. Again, it is adjustable. There's a bolt right in here, and then there's hooks right up here, so you hook that onto it, and then line your hole up right here, run your lock through it to lock it into place. Again, your battery box would sit right on there. You attach it down with the mounting hardware, and the hold down strap, and you'd be ready to go. Your lid, just push in the tabs, and you can pop the lid off to access the battery like that. On the lid what's nice it has a couple vents right here, and over on the side you'll notice these little handle parts when you put it on there.
