    It certainly looks like you're on the right track, good job! The # RM-521424-5 direct connect base plates are exactly what I'd recommend. A direct connect base plate doesn't require a crossbar, which makes hitching up and removing the vehicle from the tow bar simpler, and it makes for a much cleaner looking installation. The Roadmaster # RM-522 tow bar is also my go-to. The bar will self align as you pull off, which makes hooking up much easier because the Jeep won't need to be precisely...
