Today, we're going to be taking a look at, as well as doing a quick installation of the Rack'Em Lubrication Rack for enclosed trailers, Part Number RA-10. Here's what our Rack'Em Lubrication Rack looks like. We have a lower tray here for quart sized bottles, and this upper tray section is for aerosol style cans. You will notice that there's a nice hammered paint finish. It will give you years of service, as well as it adds a nice look to your enclosed trailer. Ideally, we would rest this rack here on the top lip of the trailer. The way this particular enclosed trailer is built, it does not allow for that to happen.

We've gone ahead and made a 2 x 6 board here. We've done an angle cut that matches the contour here, of our hooks. It will actually be sitting like that. Now, we go ahead and take our rack, slide it up into position. We'll then take a couple wood screws to secure the top half to the wall.

Keep in mind the attachment hardware is not included. With the top half of the rack secured to the wall, we can go ahead and attach the quart hanging section. We'll slide it over each of the tabs. Let it come down and then we'll add a screw here, as well as right here. Now, with our rack secure, let's go ahead and put a few items into the aerosol holder just to give you an idea of what it looks like. Now, the next rack down, is the quart size, so it holds a quart bottle of either transmission fluid, or regular motor oil, or anything else that may come in a quart size bottle, or you can use it just to hold odds and ends and keep them up out of the way, and kind of organized. Now, while this lubrication rack system only comes with one aerosol and one quart rack holder, there are tabs built into the bottom here of the quart rack holder, that allows you to add additional either quart racks, or even gallon racks.

Now, the additional quart racks are Part Number RA-10B. Now, if you choose to add a gallon size rack, that would be Part Number RA-10C. They would attach in the same way that we just attached the quart size rack. That will do it for our quick look, as well as installation of the Rack'Em Lubrication Rack for enclosed trailers, Part Number RA-10. .
