Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a look at this MAXTRAX Recovery System carry bag. Now, this heavy duty carry bag is going to hold your MAXTRAX Recovery System components in multiple storage areas that are designed to fit all of your gear. And this bag has the additional benefit of keeping your vehicle free of mud, sand, dirt, and snow. You can throw your items in this bag after you've got done recovering your vehicle out of some messy terrain.

You can throw those items in here and you don't have to worry about those items getting the inside of your vehicle dirty. Now, I wanna go over the storage compartments that this bag has. So we have our main storage compartment and let me give you an overhead view, maybe that'll be a little bit easier for you to see. So here is our main internal compartment. As you can see, we have dual zippers here on the top.

They have this strap here that connects the zippers to easily open this and close it. We have this panel here that's going to lift up and it fastens with hook and loop fasteners. And being that this is a black bag, it's probably gonna be hard for you to really see inside, but this is going to be a great area to hold something like your recovery ropes. It's really deep. Let me go ahead and go back for a wide view here.

Just stick my arm in there to kinda give you a view of just how deep this is, so really a lot of usable space. Give me a closeup here, maybe you can see inside a little bit better. We have a clear panel here on the inside of this panel, a little like clear window area here. So a lot of storage there in that main compartment. The inside is a polyester material, so I think this is going to easily clean up, especially if you put dirty items in there.

So let me close this main panel up, zip it shut, give you a view of that as well. The zippers all have like an enclosure on them, so that's going to be like a weather resistant material there. You're not gonna have to worry about moisture getting in or anything like that, so that's a nice touch. The zippers feel very rugged, very smooth. Let's look at the external pockets. You're gonna get five external pockets. So this is the larger one. And so same inside. And these external pockets are gonna be good to store your shackles or your winch ring. And they're gonna be also very easy to access when you have items stored in these external pockets. So nice zippers. They have these loops here at the end for easy access, so you can easily grab onto them. Here's another second of our external pockets here at the side, and just, again, another great way to store things that you need to easily get access to. We have another one on the opposite side. And then on this side, we have two pouches and these are gonna be for smaller items. And looks like within, we have another pocket that you could throw some things into. There's some padding in there right now. So just really a lot of storage capability that this provides. This pocket or this storage area does not have that secondary pocket on the inside of that flap. So a lot of flexibility. And then on the corners here, right here and right here, we have these pouches and those pouches can be used for water bottles. As you can see, there's a drain hole here at the bottom of those. Or you could also use them for an item such as the MAXTRAX hitch that you see there in those photos there just to kinda give you an idea of what that would look like in those cylindrical pouches. So that's a nice addition. This bag also comes with a removable shoulder strap, so this is gonna be very easy to remove if you need to remove it and these nice clips here, heavy duty clips. It's got a pad here as well, so it's gonna be easy to carry this on your shoulder. You probably saw this at the bottom, we've got these rubber feet here at the base of the bag. So you can put this on any terrain. It's going to be able to stand up to that terrain. This bag is very heavy duty, it's very well constructed. You have two grab handles here with hook and loop, padded hook and loop enclosure here to keep those handles together. This bag has multiple uses. You just don't have to use this as a recovery system bag. You can also use it as like a gym bag, an overnight bag, food storage bag on trips. It's gonna have multiple uses. Again, very heavy duty. I think it's gonna be very long lasting. This has a a 600D polyester with PVC coating on the outside, so that's gonna make this bag weather resistant. Again, I said that these zippers do have an enclosure when you close them. The actual zipper itself is going to be virtually sealed up so nothing can get in and out of those zippers, no moisture or anything like that. And the inside of the bag, as I mentioned, has a polyester lining, so that's gonna protect your gear inside. As you notice, this has a rectangular structure, so that's going to just add to the overall stability of this bag, but it's also gonna make it stackable. And just to give you some overall dimensions, these dimensions are approximately the size of this bag, what the dimensions are gonna be when this is filled. So when you're looking at the length from end to end, it's gonna be about 23-5/8 inches long. And looking at the width, we're sitting at about 15-3/4 inches wide. And then the overall height from bottom to top, top to bottom, about 9-7/16 inches tall. When this is empty, this weighs a little over four pounds. But overall, I've said it before already, this is going to be a very heavy duty bag. Very well built, very well designed. I think it's going to be able to hold a lot of your gear and a lot of additional things as well that you just wanna keep on hand, especially if you're using this as a recovery bag. I did fail to mention that there are loops just about everywhere on this bag, certain locations where maybe you could put like a carabiner on there with some other gear, maybe even some keys or something for easy access.
