Hi, everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a look at this Maxtrax flat rack mount for your MKII recovery boards. Now this flat rack mount is going to install into the top channels of your Rhino Rack Pioneer platform rack or your Yakima LockNLoad platform rack to let you carry up to four MKII recovery boards on your roof. On your screen I am including some photographs showing you what your recovery boards are going to look like when they're mounted onto the system. So hopefully that gives you a good idea of what to expect in regards to what these boards are gonna look like on these mounts. And it's going to be very simple to use.
You're just going to twist both knuckles to hold two boards or just the top knuckles to hold four boards. So these pins, which are included with these brackets, are going to be very easy to use. And this is going to be a very simple installation on the top channels of your Pioneer or LockNLoad platform racks. And this does include everything that you see here on the table before me. You're going to of course receive these four pins that's going to install in these two brackets.
And then you're going to receive these, and I have them combined here, you got four bolts, four flat washers, four spring washers, and four channel nuts that are gonna be used to install into your Pioneer or LockNLoad platform rack. The nylon construction of the brackets and the outer construction of the pins is also nylon, so that's gonna be very durable. The inside of the pins are stainless steel, so this is going to be corrosion-resistant. It's gonna be very durable for you. It's gonna hold up really well to the elements.
And just some overall measurements in case you we're wondering. The overall length of the bracket itself from end to end, we're sitting about 13 inches long. The overall width at the widest points here from end to end, we're sitting at about nine inches wide. And then the overall height of just the bracket itself about two inches. And altogether this weighs a little over four pounds.
