This effect is referred to as "scavenging," and it increases exhaust velocity, which balances your vehicle's air intake rate with its engine capacity and exhaust output. This balance enables your engine to operate at maximum efficiency. As a result, horsepower increases and back pressure ("exhaust turbulence") decreases, reducing the decibel level of exhaust noise. This pipe is constructed of 100-percent stainless steel to prevent corrosion. Some cutting may be required to fit this pipe into your exhaust system.

I went with a dual setup to the x pipe and followed by dual flowmasters. Sounds alot better than before and the power is still there
