Today we're going to take a look at the quickie o-grip door catches for RVs 00:00:02. Now these are gonna allow you to prop open your door and keep it open so that you can load in any equipment, maybe some furniture, luggage, groceries, anything that you would need in your RV. Basically this is going to be part of a two part system, so we'll have our other portion that comes in here. This is going to catch that and hold our door open.Now the mounting hardware for this is not included. We do get two of our catches with that little cradle in the middle to catch the other portion of our system. Now that is also sold separately, so you'll be able to pick that up on your own.
You could also rig something up to where it attaches to a dowel or a sort of ball that comes out if you wanted to.As far as the overall measurements, this is going to be about two inches long from end to end and then about an inch wide. The catch will sit about three quarters of an inch tall. And the distance between our mounting holes, going center to center, is about one and three eights of an inch. The diameter on our mounting holes is about three eights. You get, again, you get two of the catch portions.

The reason the rating is so low is that I have to replace these things every year or so.
