Jeff: Hello everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com.Today we're going to take a look at this Jif Marine 91 inch long aluminum telescoping boat line hook. Now this boat hook will let you retrieve your mooring line or your fender rope without you having to leave your boat deck. It is a telescoping design. You can see right now it's all retracted. And then to open all you have to do is first twist the end, and you can extend it out. And then if you twist the next part, it'll even extend out further.
And as we've mentioned, it will actually go all the way out to 91 inches in length. And if you only need it so far, what you can do is then just snug it down and it'll keep it in that position if you only need it that far, you can go ahead and snug that down. You just twist that. So you can put it in whatever position you need, but it goes all the way up to 91 inches. It is a nice, lightweight aluminum construction so if this does go overboard, it won't sink, if it accidentally falls in the water. It is a nice aluminum shaft.
It is rust-proof. On the very end right here you can see it has a nice molded hook on it, which is very durable and non-inaudible 00:01:05. And again, we mentioned the overall length. If we open it all the way up, is going to be 91 inches. And if we totally retract it, it's going to measure right at 40 inches. But that should do it for the review on this Jif Marine 91 inch long aluminum telescoping boat line hook..
