Hi everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a brief look at this rooftop tent mounting kit for your Front Runner platform racks and van roof racks. Now these four mounting brackets are going to let you carry a rooftop tent on your Front Runner Slimline II or Slimsport Platform Racks or your Slimpro Van Roof Rack. So these brackets are going to be great for your large tents and van use does require you to reposition your crossbar. So just so you're aware of that. These four brackets are going to install to the top channels and provide mounting points for your tent.

The bracket height is one inch taller than the Slimline II side channel and the tall height lets you use your Slimline II side channel for other side-mounted accessories, such as awnings. So lemme go ahead and put this back down on my table and just give you some overall measurements. Looking at the overall length first, as you can see, we are sitting right at, let me move this closer here so you can see that a little bit better. The angle of this bracket is kind of obscuring that but we are sitting right at nine and five eighths inches long. And then the overall width, we are sitting right at two and three eighths inches wide.

And then the overall height, we're sitting right at, right about two and a quarter inches tall. Now this does include the insulation hardware and as you can see, I do have that kind of loosely assembled to the brackets to kind of give you a idea of where that hardware is going to be placed and how it's going to be mounted. So the installation hardware is included, along with a great set of instructions to walk you through that installation process. These brackets are of a black powder coated steel so they're gonna be very durable but it's also going to help, the black powder coat's gonna also help resist corrosion. And you do wanna make sure to review your installation guide to verify if your tent is going to be compatible.
