The converter that was purchased was mailed in a timely manner,the packaging was great and it works great. As for price a little high, but all in all it is a good product.
Exactly what I needed. I searched everywhere and e trailer came though!

That is a bummer! Do you still have the unit? I reached out to the manufacturer and it does have a one-year warranty. I am happy to work with you on a replacement if you want one.
