Today we're going to take a look at the Flex-a-lite 2"Fan Spacer for Belt-Driven Fans. This Flex-a-lite fan spacer will provide the required spacing needed from the fan to the radiator, a large bearing surface, and then the machine soft radius reduces point loading, which is the most communication cause of stress cracking on the fan center star. This spacer will allow proper spacing of your belt-driven fan. It's made of a high-strength extruded milled aluminum construction. The thickness on it, again, is 2" measured edge-to-edge here. If we put a ruler on it, 2" thickness. A pilot hole diameter is going to be 5/8" diameter. You can see it has a universal 1-1/4" to 2-1/2" slotted bold pattern.
The bolt length that's required when installing this is 2-3/4". This part number is normally used when replacing a clutch fan. That should do it for review on the Flex-a-lite 2" Fan Spacer for Belt-Driven Fans.
