Today, we're going to be taking a quick look at the Bright Ideas trim ring for puck style light fixtures. This is going to add a clean finished look to the installation of your puck style light from Bright Ideas. This is black in color. It's made in the USA. If we take a measurement of the diameter, we can see that that's going to give us a measurement of about 5 inches, and it's going to add about a 1/4 of an inch to the height of your light. This will work with the puck style lights from Bright Ideas.

I have two here today. One that has an on and off switch, and then, one without. It will work for either one. What you would do is, the light is actually going to sit on top of the trim ring, so the wiring goes through the large center area, and then that puck light sits directly on top of the trim ring. You would remove the lens from the puck light, and install your hardware. Again, hardware's not included.

The mount holes from the puck light are going to line up perfectly with the mount holes on the trim ring. The hardware's going to go through both the light, and the trim ring. Once you have it fully installed, you would reinstall the lens on the puck light, and that's all there is to it. You can get a good idea of how this is going to add that clean finished look to the puck light. It really just finishes it off.
