Product/part was exactly as the other BESTOP OEM bracket. Communication with support person , Tamara, was really genuine. I work in IT tech support for a fortune 100 company and appreciate the effort to treat a customer like family. There was an understandable delay in getting this out-of-stock part and she treated me as courteously as if I had ordered a $5,000 trailer. I recommend Etrailer as a great resource and will use them again in the future.
