Ellen: Hey everyone. I'm Ellen here at etrailer.com, and we're going to be taking a quick look at the AceCamp Sleeping Bag Liner. This is a pongee material, which is like a loosely woven silk material, and it should give you a little bit extra heat in your sleeping bag. Also just be a nice liner for it to make it easier to wash out. Then your sleeping bag itself, gives you a barrier between you and that sleeping bag, so it keeps everything clean.You can also use this on its own as a sleeping bag in itself, mostly in really warm climates, or maybe if you have something else to throw over you. It can be great if you're going to hostels, just to have something between you and the questionable bedsheets.So, let's take a closer look at it and you can see what kind of material we're working with here.

So this is going to be nice and lightweight and breathable. Hence, why it's really better to use this on its own if you're going to be somewhere indoors, or if you're going to be in a tent. Because it doesn't really provide any wind barrier. It's just going to be there as a breathable layer, but not really give you any protection against wind or air movement.That's the point, is that you want it to be breathable. So it's going to keep air circulation flowing in your air bed or your sleeping bag.

So it's going to be this light gray material. And I'll give you a little closer look so you can see the fabric and the texture. It's a silky material, not sure if this is actual silk or if it's a synthetic pongee. Historically pongee is usually made out of silk and just woven really loosely, but this could be rayon or polyester.Let's take a look at the care label here. This is 100% polyester.

So the care label says it should be washed warm, no tumble dry, but you'd hang to dry. So it makes it pretty easy to wash this. It should dry pretty quickly, from the feel of that fabric. Again, it being pretty loose and breathable should make it fast to dry.At the opening, it's going to have a pretty nice wide mouth. This is a mummy style, so it gives you that tapered foot going up to the larger or wider opening.

So it gives you a much more snug fit. So this should fit nicely in that and not get too much bound up at your feet, too much material down there. So it's good to have this instead of an envelope or square style. We have that opening, opens up nice and wide, so you can have this folded over rather than feeling like you're totally bound in there.The measurements for this, it's about 78 inches long or 210 centimeters long, by 85 centimeters or about 33 and a half inches. And that's going to be at the widest point up at the top or the head of the liner, down to about 19 inches at the base, or about 50 centimeters. So it should work out pretty well for an adult-sized sleeping bag, and give you that protection or that liner that you need.There are other packs or other materials available here at etrailer.com. So maybe if you want something a little bit heavier, we do have cotton, polycotton blend, and also a polyester. This one is made of polyester, but it's a different kind of weave. It's going to be a bit looser and lighter weight. So it should make it easier to fold up and put back in its little carrying bag. I'm not going to go through all of that, because it takes a little bit of time to do, but should roll up pretty nicely for that pack.There you have it.
