Hey, everyone. I'm Ellen here at etrailer.com, and we're going to be taking a quick look at the AceCamp sleeping bag liner. This is a nice addition to your sleeping bag to maybe give it a little bit more warmth, especially if we're going to be hanging out somewhere cold, or it can also be used as a sleeping bag in itself if you're going to be indoors or maybe in a tent, and you don't have to worry about having a wind barrier. This is a pretty loose weave fabric, so it's not going to give you a lot of protection from any wind. It's meant to be open to air and have air circulating in and out, that's kind of how it traps in the heat in your sleeping bag, so if you're going to be out under the stars, you don't really want to use this on its own, but again, it can give you a little bit more warm if it's getting pretty cool.I think this is going to make a nice addition if you do want to use it as just its own thing. If you're going to be hopping around in hostels or maybe camping inside your tent, and it's pretty warm outside.

This feels pretty nice. It's kind of similar to just your regular sheets. It's a polycotton blend, so it's pretty comfortable, pretty breathable. On the care tag here, it says it's 100% polycotton. It just needs to be machine washed on warm and then hung to dry since it is a pretty loose weave fabric it shouldn't take too long for this to dry.

You can see it is a mummy style, so it's got that tapered or narrower foot compared with the wider opening at the head. This measures about seven feet long or 82 inches and then at the opening up the top, it's about 33 and a half inches wide and then at the foot, it's about 19 and a half inches down there. It should be pretty comfortable opening up at the top is pretty wide, so you can open that up and get snugly and comfortable and then zip up your bag if you're using it inside. Getting a little bit closer, look at the fabric itself, and you can see that weave there, it's fairly see-through, you can kind of see my hands there. So it just gives you an idea of the weight of the fabric. This is one of the bulkier liners, but I think it's probably one of the more comfortable ones.

So I think that this would probably be the one that I would choose maybe this or the cotton. This might be a little bit lighter, a little bit less bulky and probably will keep you a little bit less warm. The cotton's probably the warmest one that we have, so this is kind of that middle range. And again, like I said, I think it's pretty comfortable against your skin, it should be a nice addition. Whenever we have to pack everything up, it does fold up fairly compact. It's probably about the mid range, as far as how compact it goes.

The 100% polyester or the pongee, those are probably the most compact, so if space is really a concern, I would go with one of those. They are pretty light material as well. The pongee, I would say, is more comfortable than the polyester. The polyester just kind of has that sort of stiff feeling to it. I just don't like that feeling against my skin, that's just kind of my two cents. But this one, if you have a little bit more room and you're not as concerned with space, should pack up pretty nice and tight, and it does come with this little satchel to stuff that back into to make it a little easier to keep that in place inside your pack. Just going to kind of coax that in there. And whenever it's all stuffed back in the bag, this works out to be about seven inches by about three and a half inches in diameter, so fairly small. That's pretty much going to do it for our look at the AceCamp sleeping bag liner. I hope this has been helpful in deciding if this is going to be the right one for you. Again, we do have those others that I mentioned here at etrailer.com, so check them out if you want to see them. Thanks for watching..
