Rhino-Rack ROC25 Naked Roof Roof Rack Installation - 2018 Toyota Yaris

Hi, everyone. Aiden here with a trailer.com and today we're gonna be taking a look at the Rhino Rack ROC25 Roof Rack System for Naked Roofs here on our 2018 Toyota Yaris. Now, the Yaris is already a pretty small vehicle. We have the three door version with us today which is even smaller so you're gonna be cramped for cargo space and one of the best ways to improve that cargo space is to add something to the roof whether it be a box, a basket, or maybe you're just looking for a better way to haul your bikes, to haul skis and snowboards, whatever it may be having something on the roof is a great way to expand that functionality of your vehicle. Now, I like the ROC25 system here. I think it's really nice and clean looking. more

Yakima Q Tower Roof Rack Installation - 2014 Toyota Yaris

Today on our 2014 Toyota Yaris, we're going to be test fitting the Yakima Q Towers roof rack system, using part numbers Y00408, Y00608, Y00608 again, and Y00124. With our roof rack assembled to the manufacturer's instructions, we're going to open our front doors, grab our front bar and place it onto the roofline of our vehicle. Per Yakima's fit guide, we're going to measure 2 3/8 of an inch from the rear of our windshield to the leading edge of our footpad. We'll do this measurement on both sides to be sure we have our feet in line with each other. We can then pull down on the black levers to secure our front bar to our vehicle. With our front secure, we can close our front doors, open our rear doors and grab the rear half of our rack. We'll place it on the rear portion of our roofline. This time our measurement is going to be 32 inches from the center of our front bar to the center of our rear bar. more
