Hey, everyone, it's Evangeline here at Etrailer. Today, we're gonna be taking a look at our small cargo quick base system for your roof, and we're gonna take a look at how it fits our 2021 Toyota RAV4. So this is part of the Inno quick base system where, as long as you get an Inno quick base, you can mount your different cargo accessories to your roof or to your hitch super quickly and easily. Now, this is gonna consist of two components where we have our quick base tray for the roof and we have our gear carry six cubic foot cargo box. So this is gonna be one of my favorite kits available here at Etrailer just because it makes for a very portable system. It does sit on the smaller sides in terms of cargo space, but that's just what you get for having something that's very easy to move around. more

Thule Roof Box Review - 2019 Toyota RAV4- Video

Hey everybody, welcome to etrailer.com I'm Bobby and today we're taking a look at the Thule Force XT Sport Rooftop Cargo Box, here on our 2019, Toyota RAV4. So this can be a very decent way of getting some of your gear out of your vehicle and on the top of your roof, that way starts freeing up a lot of leg room, a lot more storage item for stuff you don't really primarily want on the outside of your vehicle. This can be excellent for stuff like ski's, a little bit of coolers in there, duffle bags for sure, whatever really accessories we wanna get on here, we definitely can. Now, with 11 cu ft, still a pretty decent size here, and I like how it's not taking up too much room though with our Toyota, Rav4. So, even though it is a little high-profile, sits up a little tall, it's not over, you know, dominating our entire RAV4, here. Definitely doesn't look out of place, which I do like to see. more

Yakima GrandTour Lo Rooftop Cargo Box Review - 2017 Toyota RAV4- Video

Hey, everybody welcome to etrailer.com, I'm Bobby and today we're taking a look at the Yakima GrandTour Lo rooftop box here on our 2017 Toyota RAV4. So this is gonna be an excellent way of helping you manage a little bit of your cargo that you wanna bring with you, and primarily, could you find yourself skiing and snowboarding, this just might be the rooftop box for you. Why is that Well, we do have some pretty nice features here with 15 cubic feet and 165 pounds of weight capacity, and boasting enough room for up to 215 centimeter long skis and snowboards, this is gonna be a great little rooftop box for you. One thing I like about it too, pretty low profile, if you're comparing this to something like the regular GrandTour you can see, not as much room going towards the top, and really maximizing the length we have here today. So, with a 91 inch long exterior length here you can see, quite large. However, it does look pretty good here on the RAV4. more

Yakima CBX Solar Rooftop Cargo Box Review - 2017 Toyota RAV4- Video

What's going on, everybody Adam here with etrailer. Today, we're gonna be taking a look at the Yakima CBX Solar Rooftop Cargo Box on our 2017 Toyota RAV4. Well, as you can see, we have a pretty large solar panel on top of the box. It's about 38 1/2 inches long by 14 inches wide, and it's gonna put out five volts. So to put that into perspective, a lotta your phone chargers, your iPad chargers, and your GoPro chargers, they all run off of five volts, and we are gonna have a decent amount of amperages going out. Thule Roof Box Review - 2016 Toyota RAV4- Video

Today on our 2016 Toyota RAV4, we're doing a test fit of the Thule Force large rooftop cargo box. This has 16 cubic feet of space, and the part number for that is TH628. We already have this secured to our roof. Keep in mind that this has a 110 weight capacity, but you do want to check your vehicle's owner's manual to make sure that your vehicle can withstand that much weight. We also have these on our Thule AeroBlade bars here. These do work with round, square, most factory, elliptical, and the Aero bars, so you can use it on multiple different types of bars, not just the Aero ones. We're going to start off, we have 3 of our 4 clamps secured in place. We're going to show you our front passenger's side one here. more

Rhino-Rack Master-Fit Rooftop Cargo Box Review - 2013 Toyota RAV4- Video

Today on our 2013 Toyota Rav 4, we will be test fitting the Rhino Rack Master Fit rooftop cargo boxmeasuring 14 cubic feet in silver, part number RMF400. With the Thule Rapid Crossroad roof rack system on our vehicle, we will begin our test fit by placing our box directly onto our loadbar. We'll open the passenger side of the box and place our feet through the appropriate slots making sure they go around our bars. While we're on this side, we'll go ahead and use the hand dials to secure our feet around our bars. One of the great features of the Master Fit is its ability to open from either side of the vehicle. We'll move to the driver's side, open the box, place the feet through the slots and use the hand dials to secure them. With all four feet tight, the box is secured and we're ready to go. Here at the rear you can see that we have full access to our rear hatch door without making contact with our box.Also, this box does not interfere with our antenna. That completes today's test fit of the Rhino Rack Master Fit rooftop cargo box, part number RMF400 on our 2013 Toyota Rav 4. more

Yakima RocketBox Pro 11 Rooftop Cargo Box Review - 2011 Toyota RAV4- Video

Today on our 2011 Toyota Rav4, we'll be test fitting the Yakima Rocketbox Pro 11 Rooftop Cargo Box measuring 11 cubic feet in black, part number Y07193. With the factory roof rack system on our vehicle and our rear antenna removed, we'll begin our test fit by placing the Rocketbox directly onto our crossbars. Since the feet are hanging out at the bottom of the box, we can adjust them as necessary to fit around each bar. We'll lift up on the lid and then tighten the two hand knobs on this side of the box to secure our feet around our bars. A great feature on the Rocketbox is its ability to open from either side of the vehicle. We'll move to the driver's side, open the box, and tighten down the two remaining feet. more

With the factory roof rack system on our vehicle, we'll begin our test fit by placing the Pulse directly onto our load bars. With our bars and box set as far forward as possible, we do not have to remove the rear antenna. Please be aware that depending on your crossbar spread and the location of your box, you may need to remove your antenna. With the box situated the way we like, we'll open the box and place our feet through the approprate slots, making sure that they go around our bars. Please keep in mind that this box opens from one side only, so you'll want to set it towards the passenger side for easier accessibility. With all the feet through, we can then use the attached hand knobs to tighten them around our bars. With all four of those tight, our box is secured and we're ready to go. Since our rear hatch door swings away towards the passenger side, when opening our rear hatch door, we see that we have full access to our cargo area. That completes today's test fit of the Thule Pulse Large roof top cargo box, part number TH615, on our 2011 Toyota Rav4. more

One of the great features of the Thule Force is its ability to open from either side of the vehicle. We'll move to the driver's side, open the box, and tighten the two remaining feet. With all four feet tight, our box is secure to our roof rack and we're ready to go. The rear hatch on this vehicle swings out instead of up, so we can easily gain access to our rear hatch without interfering with our cargo box. Yakima RocketBox Pro 14 Rooftop Cargo Box Review - 2012 Toyota RAV4- Video

Today on our 2012 Toyota Rav4 well be test fitting the Yakima Rocketbox pro 14 roof mounted cargo box part number Y07192. To mount our box to our vehicle well set it up on top of our crossbars. Well fit each of the four clamps around our crossbars then well open one side of the box to tighten them down and then move over to the other. With all four clamps secured and weve made sure that our box is positioned in the center of our vehicle were all ready to load up. Today on our 2008 Toyota RAV4, were going to be test fitting the Yakima Rocketbox Pro 11, part number Y07193. Our RAV4 came equipped with a full factory roof rack, so were going to be mounting our Rocketbox Pro 11 directly to the factory crossbars. Well lift the box up into place and set it up on top of our crossbars. Well make sure that all our clamps are open and forward of our crossbars. Well position the box to make sure were even from left to right and well make sure that we get it pushed forward or back to where we need it. Then, well fit our clamps over the crossbars and then well open the box and tighten them down. more
