Now this is going to replace a worn or a damaged window frame on the interior of your RV's entry door and as you know, this is going to help protect the interior of your RV or camper from the elements and this is going to fit glass that's 12 inches wide by 21 inches tall and I do wanna point out that this does not include the glass. This is simply the interior frame and this is made here in the USA of a durable ABS plastic construction. Mounting screws are also not included with this, so it's just going to be this frame and I want to go ahead and give you some overall dimension. So I think the easiest way for me to do that is I'm gonna lay this on my table in this orientation and give you an overhead view and line up my tape measure. more

Hey guys, this is Jake here with etrailer. Today we're gonna be taking a look at, and I'm gonna show you how to install the Global Link Locking Baggage Door Latch. And right off the bat, the biggest difference between this baggage door latch and pretty much all the other ones on our website is gonna be that the other ones are going to be more so replacements for baggage door latches you already have, whereas this one is going to be a more universal fit. The biggest difference is that the latching mechanism here is going to be on this backing plate, whereas on the other ones it's going to be on the latch itself. So this will reach through and control it. But where this comes in handy is with the thickness of your door. more

Organized Obie RV Pocket Door Bungee Cord Door Holder Review- Video
Brad Hello neighbors, it's Brad here at etrailer and today we're taking a look at the Organized Obie bungee cord door holder for pocket doors on your RV. Now, pocket doors are really nice on RVs because they store out of the way and you can close the door without having to swing it and that's gonna cause your walkway to be a little bit smaller, so it slides out of the way. But with that, as you're driving down the road, it can also open and close. So that's why you generally have a strap attached from the factory, something like this. And you might have seen these, but over time, if you use it a lot, these can kind of get to the point where it doesn't really snap in place anymore. You are gonna need about 1 1/2" from the center of your door handle lock to your deadbolt lock. Right here we have about 2" and looks like almost 3/8". Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com and today we're gonna take a brief look at this MORryde RV door latch extender. This latch extender is going to attach to your RV door so you can easily open the entry door from the ground with no need to climb up and down the steps just to open your door. This long handle is going to be easier to grip than the small paddle latch on your door and this is going to be a simple bolt-on installation attaching to your door lock with the included installation hardware that you see here on the table before me. And the overall height of the handle itself, we're sitting right at about 17 inches tall and sticking out from your door when it's fully extended, from the plate, it's gonna be about four inches wide, four inches coming out from your door. So that gives you kind of an idea of the space that it's going to take up when you mount this. more

Now, this is a locking latch that'll let you secure the baggage door on your RV or travel trailer. This will replace the Bauer BP-20 latch, the Fastec 30205 latch, the Global Link 40101-2006 latch, and the BLL-50101-2006 latches. It does use an internal plunger so eliminates the need to have to cut out a slot on your door edge. It is a nice sturdy steel construction, has a nice little rust-resistant black powder coat finish on it, does come with the one key for locking purposes. more

Hi everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com, and today, we're gonna take a brief look at this Replacement Controlled Motion 6-Leaf Hinge for your RV entry door. Now, this is a white 6-Leaf hinge that is going to replace or upgrade your existing hinge on your RV entry door, and let me pull out my ruler here just to give you an idea of the measurements. The overall height of this hinge is going to be sitting right at 9 1/2 inches, and then at the widest point, this hinge is gonna be sitting right at about 2 3/4 inches wide. These leaves are a Controlled Motion technology, so they're gonna be very firm, it's going to prevent your door from swinging freely and potentially slamming shut, which could possibly cause damage or injury to yourself and others, so it's gonna be very nice making sure that your RV door stays in whatever position that you open it to. Hey guys, Kevin here with etrailer and today I'm gonna be showing you how to install the Global Link baggage door lock here on our enclosed trailer. So the baggage door lock is really easy to use. Simply pull up on your handle here, lift up. You can get to your items, in our case our neighbor has a generator that goes right here, so he can slide his generator tray right out, access what he needs. He also stores a little bit of other stuff here. He also has his control panel and its battery right there, so this makes it a lot easier to get in and out. more

Hi, everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com, and today we're gonna take a quick look at this replacement gas shock. This JR Products gas shock is going to replace one worn or damaged shock on your RV entry door or storage door. This durable black nitride finish gas shock measures 7 1/2 inches extended, and let me pull out my tape measure here for you just to confirm that. And I'm measuring center of socket to center of socket. You see it sits right there at 7 1/2 inches on that extended length. And when this is compressed, it is gonna measure 5 1/4 inches compressed. more

Hey guys, Kevin here with etrailer. And today, I'm gonna show you how to install the Bauer Products Horse and Utility Trailer Entry Door Lock. So, I get a lot of questions from customers, needing to replace their door lock for a multiple reasons. Maybe the door lock broke, maybe the deadbolt inside is no longer functioning, maybe the gearing got stripped inside or just you lost a key or the lock core gave out, maybe it rusted away and you just need to replace the whole entry door lock itself. To do that, it's fairly simple. You're just going to have to take off your old existing entry door lock and then measure your cutout hole to find the right fit. more

Of course, the purpose for a shock like this is to make it easier to open your storage door, and prevent it from slamming shut, so you don't have to worry about fingers getting caught, or any of your gear getting smashed, anything like that.
