Today on our 2013 Volkswagen CC we'll be test fitting the Thule Sonic XXL roof top cargo box with 22 cubic feet of space, in metallic silver, part #TH636S. With the Thule Rapid Traverse roof top rack system already in place, let's get started with our fit by placing the cargo box onto our roof rack. We find it easiest to place the box on an angle onto the rack, making sure you have your foot hooks in place. Once your foot hooks are in place, you can set the box down onto the rack. We find it easiest to slide the box in place, making sure your foot hooks slide over the bars. With the box in place, you'll unlock it, open it up, and tighten up your foot hooks until they click. Once you hear the click, your feet are secure. more

Today on our 2014 Volkswagen Jetta, we'll be test fitting the Rhino Rack Master Fit rooftop cargo box with 14 cubic feet of space and silver, part number RMF400. For the truly rapid traverse roof rack system on our vehicle, we'll begin our test fit by placing the cargo box up onto the vehicle's load bars. After positioning the box on the bars, we can unlock it and open the lid exposing the two slots closest to you. We'll take the clamps, insert them through the slots over top of each bar and tighten down the knob to secure the clamps up against the bars. We'll then move to the other side of the vehicle and repeat the same process. Now, this double sided opening lid will also enable you to easily load and unload your cargo from either side of the vehicle. Today on our 2011 Volkswagen Jetta Sportwagen well be test fitting the Thule Pulse Alpine Rooftop Cargo Box measuring 11 cubic feet in matte black, part number th613. With a Thule Aeroblade Edge roof rack system assembled onto our vehicle, well begin our test fit by placing our Pulse directly onto the load bars. Keep in mind that this box opens from one side only so for our test fit today we will be moving the box closer to the passenger side for easier accessibility. Well open up the box and place our clamps through the appropriate slots making sure that the feet go around each load bar. Once we have those in place, we can use the attached hand knobs to tighten them down. With all four of those tight our box is secured and were ready to go. more

Once we have it situated the way we like, we can go ahead and open the box, grab our feet, and place then through the appropriate slots to make sure they fit around each bar. Keep in mind that this box opens from one side only. For our test fit today, we'll be moving it towards the passenger side of our vehicle for easier accessibility. With everything tight, our box is secured to our roof rack, and we're ready to go. more

Today on our 2011 Volkswagen Jetta Sportwagen, we'll be test fitting the Thule Force XXL rooftop cargo box, measuring 21 cubic feet, in AeroSkin black, part number TH626. With the Thule AeroBlade Edge roof rack system assembled onto our vehicle, we'll begin our test fit by placing the Thule Force directly onto our load bars. With the feet hanging out of the bottom of the box, we can adjust them as necessary to fit around our load bars, while placing the box onto our roof rack. Once we have it situated the way we like, we can open the passenger side of the box, and we can tighten the two hand knobs located on the inside of the box to tighten our clamps around our bar. One of the great features of this box is its ability to open from either side of the vehicle. We'll move to the driver's side, open the box, and tighten down the two remaining clamps. more

Now to begin our test fit well simply place the cargo box onto our vehicles crossbars. Loosening up the claws before setting the box onto the vehicles crossbars may allow easier installation. Well now position the box onto the center of the vehicles crossbars. Well then use the key to open up the lid to expose the knobs on the bottom part of the cargo box. Well turn the knobs, tightening the claws, securing the cargo box to our vehicle's crossbars. more

Today on our 2013 Volkswagen Touareg we'll be test fitting the Thule Force L Rooftop Cargo Box Aeroskin black in color with 13 cubic feet of space, part number th624. To begin our test fit we'll simply place the cargo box on to the vehicles crossbars. It may be easier to loosen up the claws of the cargo box before placing it on to the vehicle. We'll then use the key to open one side of the cargo box to expose the two closest knobs. We'll turn the knobs to tighten down the claws to secure one side of the box to the vehicles crossbars. We'll then close the lid and open up the other side of the cargo box repeating the same steps. more

Today on our 2013 Volkswagen Passat, we'll be test fitting the Thule Pulse Alpine rooftop cargo box with 11 cubic feet of space, matte black in color, part number TH613. Now with the roof rack system already assembled and onto our vehicle, we'll begin our test fit by placing the cargo box onto the vehicle's cross bars. We'll position the clamps over the cross bars, and turn the key to open the lid of the cargo box. Now that the four knobs are exposed, we can tighten them down, which will grip the cross bars, securing the Thule Pulse Alpine to the vehicle. Now this cargo box does open from one side, so we will be positioning the cargo box on the passenger side of the vehicle. This will allow us to easily load and unload our cargo. more

Yakima RocketBox Pro 14 Rooftop Cargo Box Review - 2012 Volkswagen Passat- Video

Today, we're working with the 2012 volkswagen Passat, and we'll be test fitting the Yakima Rocketbox Pro 14, part number y07192.We'll take our boxes, set it up ontop of the crossbars. We'll open the box from one side and then we'll make sure we fit the clamps below around our crossbars.Once we have the clamps fitted around our crossbar in the boxed position where we want it, we'll use the knobs inside to tighten it down. SportRack Aero Roof Cargo Box Installation - 2011 Volkswagen Jetta- Video

Alright, today on this 2011 Volkswagen Jetta were going to do a test fit of the SportRack Aero XL Cargo Box, part number A90275. The car has already been equipped with a Thule Roof Rack System with the square load bars. Ok, a couple of quick notes about this cargo carrier is that it is designed to mount between crossbars or between 24 and 34 inches, and the maximum bar diameter will be 4 inches. We'll go ahead and start our test fit by taking the box and putting it on top of the cross rails. We'll take a few seconds to line up the holes and the cargo box to match the crossbars. Now you have a little bit adjustment from front to rear and of course you can move it left to right. more
