It is a 10 inch long rod. The pin size, in other words the diameter of the hole here and here that the pin will fit in is one inch diameter. It's a base size, which is the diameter here on the base is one and three quarter inches. more

Overall diameter on this, the very bottom here is going to be right at 5 3/4 inches, and the overall height to the very top is also 5 3/4 inches tall. And then about two and 3/4 inches in diameter going from the outside edge. Our two leading portions, the bend one comes out about three and 1/2 inches from the center of the coil. more

Today, we'll be taking a quick look at the replacement hitch pin with linch pin for Sno-Way Snowplow. This allows you to get that important component attached to your snowplow, so you can get back out on the road. It's going to be a handy thing to have, either on hand, in case this we're to fail, or just a direct replacement for that part that's already broken. Comes with the snap ring linch pin to keep that installed. It just goes around the end of our hitch pin and keeps it in place.The top of our hitch pin is coated with vinyl, sort of coating, to help give it a little bit of extra grip and make it a little bit easier on your hand as you're pulling that out or putting it in. Our hitch pin from the top of the handle to the bottom of the pin is about eight inches long, or just short of that. more

Today we're taking a quick look at the replacement Shoe Lynch Pin for Western Snow Plow shoe assembly. Now this little quick snap pin is going to get your shoe assembly in place. It has some pretty good tension on that ring to help keep it locked into place whenever you're using your shoe. It has that offset to apply tension there. So that ring will snap over and keep everything in place.The pin is about 1-3/4" long from that little lip there at the top to the bottom of the pin itself. Overall the total length of it, flip it around, is about 2-1/8". more

Today we're gonna take a look at the replacement control assembly contact strip for Fisher & Western snowplow. This is going to replace that contact strip for your snowplow, to make sure that's working properly. It's going to be made of a copper construction, so you get good conductivity with this.As far as the dimensions, overall, at the widest point it's going to measure about 1 3/4 of an inch wide by an inch and 1/16. And it's going to be about an inch and 1/8 tall. The holes going around the outside of that bend there, those are going to be about 1/4 of an inch in diameter. Today we're going to take a quick look at the "C" solenoid coil 4-way with 5/8" bore for Meyer snowplow. Now whether you have an old one that needs to be replaced or you just want to have some extra parts on hand so you're never caught out in the snow, this is going to get you back out on the road and plowing effectively. Our solenoid is going to act as a connection between our snowplow and our battery to make sure that everything is working properly.We'll have our green cord coming off the back to connect. That cord is going to be about 13-1/2" long with a male bullet end, and then our solenoid housing itself is about 2" tall overall and about 1-5/8" in diameter. It has that 5/8" bore in the center at the bottom. Again, this is going to be compatible with the hydraulic unit on your E-47 and E-60 Meyer snowplow. more

There'll be a small ring nut and then a little keeper, sort of star washer, and another nut. SAM Fisher Snowplow Replacement Power Lift Cylinder Review- Video
Randy: Hey guys, it's Randy here at etrailer again. Today, we're taking a look at the SAM replacement cylinder for the Fisher Snow Plows. Now, this is an inch and a half bore cylinder with 10 inches of stroke. So, fully contracted we're looking at 17 1/4 inches, fully extended 27 1/4.Now this is designed with two 1/4 inch MNPT fittings so whether you need it to come out of the side that the pin comes out of or the back or the front, you'll be able to get it in the right position.The pins that come through are going to be 1 inch in diameter. We have one here at the bottom and of course same diameter up there at the top. Now this is going to be handy to have whether you just don't want to send your old cylinder off to have it rebuilt or just to have one on hand in case the cylinder on your plow goes down and there's not time to have it rebuilt.These pins, top and bottom, they're gonna come out just with a cotter pin so you can remove those with a pair of needle nose pliers, pull the large pin out and then you'll just have to worry about getting your connection, your hydraulic line connected into it.So, with the one wrench and some tape there just to seal it up, some thread tape, you shouldn't have any issues doing a quick replacement on one of these even if it is in use.You can see comparing the old one here to our new one here, these are gonna be carbon copies of one another designed to be used interchangeably.And that's going to complete our look at the replacement power lift cylinder for Fisher Snow Plows.. more

We'll also have the attached dipstick, so we can measure out how much oil we have, and there is a little line with an F for full to indicate whenever you have that oil level at full. Today we're going to take a quick look at the replacement coupler with male hose and female block for Meyer's Snowplow.This is going to have a quarter inch NTP opening and it's going to replace that coupler number 1-5-8-4-7-C for your snowplow.And basically we'll have our male end that's going to fit into the female end. It's going to be a little hard without the hoses in place, but basically you'll pull this ring down, and that will allow you to put in the other end. Want to make sure you have it fully retracted there, and then press in fully, it's a little hard to see with my hand in the way there. Then that will hold really securely on our two pieces. To disconnect, you'll pull that ring back and it should spring out of place.So this is going to replace those parts on your snow plow, get you back out on the road, and plowing effectively.As far as our dimensions with this, our female end is overall going to be about 2 3/4" long, and the widest point it's going to be just over 1" in diameter. About an 1 1/8" there. more

Today we're gonna take a quick look at the replacement motor solenoid 100-amp continuous duty for Fisher snow plow. This is going to replace that important motor solenoid for your Fisher snow plow, it's gonna be a connection point between our plow and our battery to help prevent any overloads or any issues with our vehicle or with our plow.You'll get the solenoid bracket itself, and then a jumper wire. This you might not need depending on your setup. If you have the cable-operated hydraulic system you will need to connect one end of your jumper to one of the posts down here, and then up to the top. But if you have the solenoid valve hydraulic system, you won't need that. It does come with instructions to show you how that's supposed to be hooked up there depending on which system you have.As far as dimensions, our solenoid is going to be about 3 1/2 inches tall going from the bottom of the bracket to the top of that bolt. more

Today we're gonna take a look at the replacement A-frame disconnect rod for Fisher snowplow.This is going to be that handy prod, or rod, to get your snow plow unconnected from your vehicle.It's going to measure about 36 inches long. The hook at the bottom is going to have a one and a half inch distance apart from the inside of that hook to the other side; goes from the outside edge to outside edge is about two and a quarter.The other end, our handle on the inside is gonna be about four inches apart and from outside to outside, it's gonna be about four and three quarters of an inch.The diameter of the rod itself is gonna be about three eighths of an inch.This product is also made in the USA. And that's gonna do it for our look at the replacement A-frame disconnect rod for Fisher snow plow. more

This kit is designed for a two inch cylinder or hydraulic ram. Product's made in the USA. The seals are constructed of corrosion-resistant material. more

Today we're taking a look at the replacement cutting edge hardware for snowplows. Now this hardware kit replaces the carriage bolts and locknuts for your Meyer/Diamond and Western snowplows.The bolt size is 1/2-inch in diameter by 3-1/2 inches long. It comes with 10 zinc carriage bolts and 10 nylon locknuts. Again, zinc, so they have that nice corrosion-resistant finishing on them. The locknuts can be installed or tightened using a 3/4-inch or 19 millimeter socket or wrench.
