These custom fit clips and pads are going to let you mount your Evo fix point or edge fixed point feet on your vehicle with fixed mounting points and the feet are sold separately from this kit. And as you can see with this clip and pad, I do have it loosely assembled with the included hardware just to give you an idea how it will all go together and this will be an easy installation. And what's nice about this kit, is that no drilling is required. Hi, everyone, Aidan here with etrailer. Today, we're gonna be taking a look at the Yakima BaseClip Fit Kit for your Yakima BaseLine FX Roof Rack Kits. Now, this is gonna be the rubber pad and the clamps that actually hold the whole roof rack system in place and make it a custom fit for your various different vehicles. Now, that being said, there's tons of different kits out there on our website for different vehicles, all of those pads are gonna be molded somewhat differently to adapt to different roof shapes, so do plug in your vehicle information into our fit guide and find the right fit kit for you and your vehicle, but it's gonna be a look at the overall system, how it works, and how it functions with the roof rack. So the main two parts of this are gonna be the rubber pad and the clamp, but let's talk about that rubber pad first. It's gonna be custom molded to your vehicle, so you can see really well right here on this lip, it forms around that ridge on the roof and fits snugly into place there to make sure that nothing is moving around and it's fit custom to that area. more

Let's check it out. Now the Malone bar is coming three different sizes. You're gonna have 50, 58 and 65. So steel top roof bars in combination with a feet are gonna be an easy system to throw up on your roof. Maybe if you only use it once or twice a year, you go on vacation, you wanna put a cargo carrier up here or a box. more

This set is going to include these four heavy duty towers that will allow you to mount two Yakima crossbars to your vehicle with fixed mounting points, flush side rails or tracks. These are going to pair with your crossbars and your landing pads which are sold separately to create a complete roof rack so that you can get your bike racks or other cargo carriers, that sort of thing mounted on your roof. This set is going to include these two legs and the mounting hardware that you're gonna need so that you can add one Rhino-Rack heavy duty square crossbar to your camper shell, Tonneau cover or hard resin roof without a headliner. The crossbar is sold separately. These are just going to be the feet needed to get that crossbar mounted. And this is gonna be a permanent installation that is gonna require some drilling, and we've got rivets that we're going to use to hold this to the roof. more

So if you want a sleek, streamlined, and some people think factory look, that's where the Thule WingBar Edge can come in handy. So the SeaSuckers are great options if you just need a quick and easy roof rack system. I still personally recommend trying to get the custom fit roof rack that has hooks that go into your door and fits perfectly onto your roof, but I understand.
