Now this polarity-reversing solenoid is primarily used on hydraulic leveling and slide-out units. The reversing-polarity DC contactors will provide a nice cost effective and simple solution for reversing the polarity of the permanent magnet DC motors. These integrating two DC connectors into a single housing unit, they have eliminated many costly materials and streamlined the final product assembly and wire connection. As we mentioned, this solenoid is primarily used on hydraulic levels and slide-outs. more

So, if you're having issues with your slide-out not really wanting to come all the way out or come back in, maybe one side's kind of starting to come out more than the other, might be a good time to get down there and look at your gear packs. Your gear pack has a crown gear in the center of it, which has teeth in it. And, that's what actually kind of helps move your slide-out in and out. If those gears get chewed up too much, then you're not gonna be able to have your slide-out actually move forward or back. So, here's what our gear pack is gonna look like once it's installed. more

Hi there, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a quick look at this D-shaped bulb seal. This is a hollow rubber seal that's going to adhere to the frame surrounding your RV's slide out or your toy hauler's ramp gate edge. This will provide a nice firm seal when you close up that gate or your slide out to make sure that no water or pests are gonna be able to get in there. This is right about 7/8 of an inch wide by approximately 1 inch tall. And you are going to get 15 feet of this seal here. more
