Hitch Installation Hardware for Draw-Tite on 2012 Subaru Legacy Sedan
Question:
We have a 2012 Subaru Legacy sedan and have purchased a take off hidden hitch. I dont see a part number but it looks like the 36493/75673/90208 models you have online. Can you purchase just the installation bolt kit with fishinch wire? Thank you.

We do offer replacement hitch installation hardware kits for all of the hitches we sell. The correct parts are determined based on the original hitch part number and manufacturer. Since there are several brands and classes of hitch offered for your Legacy - both 1-1/4-inch Class II and 2-inch Class III types - you will need to confirm the hitch part number and manufacturer. The link at right will show you all hitches we offer, just for reference.
Hitches leave the factory with a safety sticker; this should have the manufacturer name and part number on it. Once you have this information its easy to order replacement hardware.
Simply enter the part # RHK into our search box; then enter the hitch item number in the field provided and select the manufacturer from the drop-down menu. The correct hitch hardware will be put together along with a fish wire if the hitch originally included the wire.
If not we do offer them as separate items. Again you'll need to know your hitch number to select the correct diameter fish wire. Item # 80103-1 is 7/16-inch; # 80101-1 is 1/2-inch, and # TR55393 is 3/8-inch.
At right you will find two linked articles with helpful tips for hitch installation.
