Does the installation of this trailer hitch for a 2007 Chevy Aveo 5, hatchback require the removal of the removal of the bumper cover or the cutting or drilling thereof?

According to the instructions for the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch, # 24741, you will not have to remove the bumper cover, cut it, or drill any exposed part of the vehicle. I have included a link to the instructions below.
There is a process involving fish wire that some are not familiar with. I have included a link to Trailer Hitch Installation Tips that has a section on this process. There is also a link to a video that I have added below.
