Yakime Forklift Bike Rack Recommendation for a 2011 Mini Clubman with Factory Crossbars

Question:

i have a 2011 mini clubman and am having the dealer install factory crossbars. the crossbars go on in a specific location. do i have to be concerned about the distance between the crossbars or can the yakima forklift racks fit on the bars with no distance issues??? i think i read that this should NOT be an issue but just want to be sure.....like your site....bst rgds

As long as the distance between the crossbars of your 2011 Mini Clubman is at least 16 inches it should attach to your vehicle without a problem.

I also checked with Yakima and they have confirmed that this rack will fit the factory crossbars of your vehicle so I can guarantee it will work well for you.
