Will Adding Air Bags Change the Ride Height on a 2014 Toyota Tundra

Question:

I have a 2014 Toyota Tundra SR Double Cab with the 8 foot bed. Will the air bag helpers raise the stock ride height of my rear suspension? I know they will raise it if I add air pressure when hauling/towing but when running empty on the minimum air pressure is there any change?

With the minimum air pressure in the Firestone air bags # F2445 it will not raise the vehicle ride height on your 2014 Toyota Tundra. Adding air could raise the vehicle ride height. How much depends on each individual vehicle though. I have included a link to a video showing installation of this kit for you.

You can fill up the air bags if you have a compressor or using a gas station compressor. Or you can get an on-board compressor and fill or remove air from the bags using a Level Command kit, # F2158. This this kit you would not have to worry about getting in an out of the truck to add or remove air from the bags. You can do it all from the comfort of the truck cab.
