Cargo Carrier Recommendation for a 2006 Jeep Liberty
Question:
Hi, I have a 2006 Jeep Liberty with a mounted spare tire and I want a hitch mounted cargo rack that will clear the tire. Eventually, I am going to put a 2.5inch lift on it with a little larger tires too, so I want to make sure it can clear it. I also like the folding/adjustable height cargo racks, just FYI. Thanks in advance for your time and have a nice day!

The cargo carrier with the most clearance that we offer that could potentially clear the spare of your 2006 Jeep Liberty is the 24x59 Curt Cargo Carrier # C18151. This carrier has a distance of 19 inches from the center of it's pin hole to the nearest portion of the rack when folded and 9 inches when folded up.
You will need to measure from the pin hole of your hitch out to the furthest point out on the spare of your vehicle to determine if this would have enough clearance.
I attached a review video for this carrier for you to check out as well.
