If the bed liner in your 2011 Ford F-150 is a slid-in or drop-in liner then you will need to trim the liner in the foot print of the base rails (or remove the liner if you don't want to trim it). If you have a spray-in liner it will be fine.

For an installation kit I recommend custom kit # RP50081-58. Custom kits require less drilling and install in less time compared to semi-custom or universal kits. I have included a link to the installation instructions and a link to a video to the right showing installation of this kit.
