Will a Husky 26K 5th Wheel Slider Trailer hitch Fit Reese Above the Bed Rails
Question:
We have a Reese 15k pro series on our 2014 short box RAM. We can pickup a 2013 16k husky with a 26 k slider. Will this hitch fit on the Reese rails? I have gotten conflicting answers from dealers .

I will be happy to set the record straight once and for all; yes, you can use the Husky 5th wheel trailer hitch # HT31318-32042 in the Reese industry standard above the bed 5th wheel rails. The Husky hitches, whether they are sliders or fixed hitches, will fit the industry standard rails used by Reese and a host of other manufacturers.
Industry standard rails have 3 sets of mounting holes. I have provided a picture that shows the side to side and front to back measurements of the hitch mounting holes so you can double check if you want to make sure the hitch will fit.
