Sight unseen, It would be pretty difficult to say if you'd be able to install the hitch with an existing grille guard. The Curt # C31048 front mounted receiver attaches to the underside of the frame members at the front of the vehicle, the mounting flanges of the hitch are actually sandwiched between the frame and the bushing retainer for the front sway bar. Your best bet would be to carefully examine the instructions I've linked you to, then look at the frame members at the front of your vehicle. You should be able to determine if your grille guard would interfere with installing the front receiver.
