The fifth wheel hitch part # RP30081 that you referenced would be an excellent choice for a fifth wheel hitch for your 2007 Ford F350.
You will need a rail kit to install this hitch in your vehicle though. For that you would want the Reese Fifth Wheel Install kit part # RP50082-58. This will install in about half the time as a universal kit and will minimize drilling. I attached an install video for you to check out as well.
